This is an excellent stick vacuum and works well on carpets and area rugs as well as hardwood or tile floors. Easy to use and it does what it claims to do.

I have many 20v powershare tools, and I have been impressed with the quality of the items. This vacuum? Not so much. the construction felt really shoddy and was flimsy. It definitely didn't meet the quality I am used to with the other tools I get from Worx. From the loose power buttons, to the low quality plastic that squeaks and doesn't fit together right. I would expect construction to be of a lot better quality. Not to mention my purchase was dead on arrival and needed to be sent back.

Overall the vacuum works good. It's light and maneuverable. Fits into small areas easily. Suction is pretty good. I have many powershare tools so I always have batteries charged to switch out if needed. The power button is a bit too easy to press accidentally. The attachments have very large ends, except for the crevice tool, so the suction isn't very strong when using them and the angles of the brushes seem awkward but that could just be something I need to get used to.

Works well on hard floors, does not work well on carpet. Does not have enough suction for carpet, hangs up and even stops while rolling forward. Will not transition from hard floors to carpet, must be physically picked up and set on the carpet. Very inconvenient, however will keep to do hard floors.

Good vacuum 3 speed and the groom is woking well not as heavy as i taught to be The rack is very practical for acessories.

Just what we have been looking for and it actually WORX like it said it does!

This vacuum works very well for cleaning the daily pet fur without the need to bring out our larger canister unit. The battery packs last long enough to do the entire house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never vacuumed under the bed as I completely as I did today. It's lightweight and maneuverable. The lights on the brush head make it better than my big dyson plug in. It isn't a big vacuum replacement. I used it on my cement basement stairs, I won't use a broom again. It works great in the kitchen. Reviewers are not wrong it really eats the battery. Worx would be ahead to ship it with a 4ah battery maybe. I have a weed eater and the 2g sprayer so I I have plenty.

This vacuum is great and powerful. I like the lightweight of it. Unfortunately I don’t like that it won’t stand on its own. If you have to move something you need to either lay it flat or against the wall. Also even though the brush head is removable it still takes more effort to remove hair, string, etc. My shark stick vacuum had a channel to run scissors along to cut the stuff and made removal easier. The dust canister is also a plus it is easy to remove dump and replace. Also the tool only should come with the wall mount. I have a bunch of batteries already. Just increase the price slightly to cover the mount. Other than that great vacuum

The canister is not user friendly. Awkward to reinstall !

I have only had this a week and used it several times. I like it but the batteries take so long to recharge. I have found that it takes the 2 charged batteries to vacuum just one of my floor levels.

This vacuum is great! The charging station and tools are all together with a wall mount which is very convenient. I purchased September 2024. Last month the vacuum head started having an electrical issue and worked intermittingly. I reached out to support in May 2025, spoke with Angelo, he troubleshot with me and determined that it should be replaced. Angelo sent out a new unit and I received within one week. The new unit is even better, smoother and I'm very happy with it. The unit is great, having two batteries I'm able to vacuum thoroughly one floor, recharge then move to the second floor (2954 sq ft). Thankful for the great service provided by Angelo. Thanks for a great Worx tool! I have the Worx cordless mower, the Worx Weedeater, the Worx blower and Worx power washer. Sold on the products!

We have a small home with hardwood floors and area rugs. This vacuum works great on both, and the variable power really helps.

The people that gave this cordless vacuum anything other than a 4 or 5 stars must be old and feeble. My wife insisted on getting Dysons over the ppast 8 or so years and we went through two of them prior to trying this one. We had issues with the Dysons lower hose section where it swivels on both units (trouble spot many have endured). This vaccum has no trouble spots! If your biggest complaint is that you can't press a button and remove on of the filters to dump the resevoir, then you might want to hire a house cleaner. You have no reason to be around any DC or electric operated tools! The charging system on these vacuum charges two batteries at once (The one on the unit and a spare for another as it hangs on the wall. Both filters are easily accessible, and it operates with incredible suction (It'll suck a floor mat off the floor at level two and three, so use level 1 on the bathroom, door and kitchen mats). The charging port also houses click lock spots for al of your accessory brushes, which is a really nice feature. I empty the reservoir about once every two days because I have four dogs I've rescued over time which should tell you all you need to know about just how good this cordless vacuum is. WORX puts out incredible products from lawnmowers to E-Bikes and this product is no different. Highly, highly, recommended! Peace...

The roller and motor itself are adequate but disappointed overall in the quality of the grey plastic on the wand and roller. Definitely not high quality for the price of this vacuum. It is lightweight and has good battery life. Overall- (in my opinion) I don’t think it will outlast other brands due to subpar fabrication.
