Faulty design, looks nice but has faults

The outer ring does not stay open in order to replace or remove the trash bag. You have to hold the lid and outer rim opened with one hand and change the bag with the one hand you have left. Terrible design especially for the price. Also, in contrast to a previous review I read, this trash can does not have a liner. Considering returning it because it's not easy holding the lid open to change trash and if it closes on your hand during the process, it HURTS! Two stars because it looks nice.
