That said, you may certainly try experimenting with how you may be able to tolerate the capsules—any method in which you can preserve the 2-in-1 ViaCap® capsule would be perfectly fine. A: The daily dosage for DS-01® is two capsules per day (which includes 53.6B AFU + 400mg Indian Pomegranate). DS-01® can be taken any time of day—consistent daily intake is most important.
