Quality is good but not what I expected.
I was surprised how small the pillow is. It’s a child size pillow. I find it uncomfortable because it’s so small. I thought it would be a standard size or bigger.

Not what I expected
I have used a Tempur-pedic neck pillow for many years. The new one is not the same. It is very hard. I have walked on it to help soften it but it still feels like a brick.

Too small
This pillow is too small and otherwise I would like and recommend it. Just don’t know why it is so small. I am not talking about the height. I recommend the pro low pillow with cooling instead.

Emotional Support Pillow
I have been sleeping on the contour pillows by Tempur Pedic for over twenty years. I bring my pillow with me wherever I go because I know I will sleep soundly with it. It provides so much support for my neck. I am very grateful for the large size contour pillow as I am athletically built and require more support.

Hard as a rock and non-returnable (Don't buy)
I am so disappointed in this pillow. I have used and rebought this same pillow for at least 20 years. A good reason in itself not to buy is they won't return it. Most companies stand behind their products. I bought this pillow with confidence that it was the same, but it definitely is not. I will never buy from this company again. (PS. I rarely do reviews-but hate to see others totally waste a good amount of money.)

I am a small person in the bend on the pillow is too great. It is also way too hard for me. I would’ve returned it, except I had cut the tags off as I was so confidant in the brand.

Pillow cover problem
I’m aside sleeper. First 10 minutes of laying my head down hurt my face. The firm pillow had no give. I took pillow case off and it was very comfortable. It felt like my old Tempur neck pillow. Please redo pillow cover size to fit your current product and send me one. I would not recommend this product as is now.

Like Concrete
This is my third pillow of this style from tempur-pedic but they have changed the material and firmness of the pillow. I like a firm pillow and so does my husband but these are beyond firm and rock hard. Completely unusable and they won’t accept returns.

This pillow really works!
I have chronic back pain and am always searching for supportive products. Recently, I was waking up with neck pain and severe headaches and realized that I needed a pillow to support my neck and head properly. Tempur-pedic is the best, highly recommend.

No more neck pain!!!
Both my wife and I bought one of these pillows because we had tried it all!!! I bought many different brands, styles, firmness levels, and all from different stores and nothing would help solve our neck pain issues until this magical pillow. From night one we both felt a huge difference. I swear I am about to throw out about stack of about 10 pillows all stored in my closet that never helped

Lets me sink in just enough to feel hugged
After two months with the Tempur‑Pedic TEMPUR‑Cloud Pillow, I’m mostly impressed. The slow‑moving, extra‑soft memory foam cradles my head and lets me sink in just enough to feel hugged without my neck collapsing. I can’t wait to try the mattress.

Quality, comfortable
The medium neck pillow is so comfortable. My neck was starting to bother me even though I was using a cloud symphony, so I decided to switch to the neck pillow and what a difference it made!

The pillow has shrunk
I have been using the Tempur-pedic neck pillow for years and this is my third replacement. This one is puny. I have always gotten the standard size pillow, but with this pillow, there is room in my pillowcase for a whole other pillow!

Well made
I have had neck & shoulder stiffness due to tension & was no longer happy with my other memory foam pillows. I read online suggestions for relief and reviews of the pillow. It took about a week to get comfortable with the firmness of the pillow but I’m quite comfortable now sleeping on my side or back. Neck feels much better.

Not as good as the contour neck pillow 20 years ago
The size of the pillow is smaller than a standard pillow, it’s more like a toddler size. I literally had to purchase a toddler size pillowcase to fit the pillow (not kidding). I purchased 3 of these neck pillows to fit my king size bed. Temper-Pedic please go back a selling a true Queen and King size. This new size is a joke!!!! Next complaint is how hard the memory foam with this new version of neck pillow. It’s not as forgiving as the original one you sold compared to the 2000.- 2010 version. It’s too dense:/ hard. Go back a to your original version please. You can do better. I used to love Temper-pedic pillows. Not anymore. Best you stick with mattresses, that you do well, but not contour neck pillows.

Fantastic pillow
I got a TemperPedic mattress a few years ago and love it, so I'm not sure what took me so long to try this pillow. I must have bought at least 5 different 'regular' pillows in the past year trying to find one that wouldn't leave me with neck pain most days. This pillow is simply amazing. It's the exact shape I was trying to smash my other pillows into, but they wouldn't stay in place. Neck pain is gone. I only wish it was a little bigger simply for aesthetic reasons...looks so tiny next to the rest of the king pillows on the bed.
