A Change in Product
Prior to the price increase, that became not a price increase, the odor control was very good. But since then, I think they may have changed their formula. I DOES NOT control the odors any longer. Within a week after replacing the trays, I could smell odor, but I could not find any place they had had an accident. I have determined that it is actually the litter tray crystals, and they ARE NOT doing as good a job as they did previously. Please change the formula back.......or I may have to change to a different litter product.

CHANGE in litter QUALITY
I’m so livid with the change in quality in their litter, I’ve been using the expensive robot litter box for 4 years and putting up with the INSANE litter prices because it worked so well. Only for them to change the litter and now my cats won’t even use their box. The box fills up with pee almost immediately and I’ve been changing the box every few days instead of once every 2 weeks. Please for the love of god give us the old litter back, my cats need to go to a clean bathroom!!! I feel terrible for my cats how nasty these boxes get now…..

I like it!
Smells good and easy to clean up. Just throw the lid on it and throw it away. It couldn't be more easy.

Team Blue better than Team Lavender
The product concept is great but the lavender doesn’t control the oder as well as the blue. Have used both and there is a a definite difference.

Great Product!
I love these liter trays! I have two cats. Since I use the automatic liter box, I don’t have to scoop poo every day! It’s not as messy to change either.

Disappointed.
I bought this a few weeks ago, and this product does not seem to be of the same quality as the origianl blue grain litter I purchased.

However, some customers do prefer one scent over the other. Scoop Free Box and Lavender Litter
We have been buying this for about a year now and we love it. The lavender kills any cat odors shortly after the cat finishes his business. We also use the self cleaning cat box which has saved us a lot of time scooping and cleaning up after our furry friend.

Easy Cleaning - Expense is Outrageous
Been using the scoop free litter box for about 8 years or more now. While I really like the convenience, and no they don't last longer than a week, the expense is high. The lavender does seem to help with scent and seems safe for kitties so that's all I buy today. It is not maintenance free. I wipe them down with litter box wipes every other day and change the trays every week (I have three). It might be better if it was clumping to help move the liquid out also.

Kitty litter
The only problem I've had is we cancelled auto delivery because we were getting to much. Told to cancel this and only ship when requested. We have almost two full boxes now. I wrote a note to cancel auto delivery and i think it is done now.

Superior Litter System
The PetSafe crystal litter system is far superior to the corn cob or clay type boxes I used before discovering this product. It is less messy, lasts longer between changes, better at controlling odors and all-around does a fine job in a messy business. The packs are very convenient. I have refillable permanent boxes also but I haven't yet run a cost-benefit analysis (it must save some $). I highly recommend this entire line of litter box products. I have three automatic boxes for my six kitties and have no plans to go back to the messy systems of old.
