I have been using the Magnesium+Ashwagandha supplement for a few weeks now and I noticed my headaches are less frequent. Perhaps, it might be due to an increase in quality sleep and not waking in the middle of the night. This is my first time trying this product. The dosage is somewhat large with 3 rather large pills each time. I seem to be more relaxed at night and well better since starting to take this. Hopefully it continues.

I really love this supplement! I was taking L-theanine at night to calm down and be able to fall asleep, but it had stopped working so I have been looking for something else to try. I’ve been taking these for a couple of weeks as directed and I notice a decrease in my overall levels of stress and feel that they allow me to have a deeper, longer nights sleep. I typically take them in the afternoon after lunch when I know that I will have to push through a couple of more hours of work and the positive effects kick in after about 30 minutes and last through the next morning with no medication hangover. I wake up refreshed and clear-headed.
