CAUTION!
Should have known better than to follow directions for my fine, porous hair. Rinsed off after 20 (directions said 30) minutes when I saw my hair getting very light at roots. Turned my brown hair red, didn't cover gray. Hair is orange red, fried, and damaged. Everything you don't want in hair dye.

Not great
If I was hoping for blond I was wrong as my hair has turned out grey. I’ve only coloured my hair with nice and easy previously and it has been true to the colour on the packet but this is a million miles away. I’m not sure how I will be able to return my hair to blond again!! No shine either.

My color turned out great!
My hair turned out perfect! I have some helpful tips for those who are thinking of coloring their hair with this product to get the fabulous results that I did… First of all, nowhere where you’re getting your product from. Do not buy secondhand you don’t know if the product has been compromised. I personally got in my car and drove to the store. I know that it was fresh and ready to go! I washed my hair two days before I planned to color it. Most importantly, I did not condition my hair. Do not condition your hair! It closes the cuticle. You want your cuticle to be open and ready to absorb the fabulous color! Also do not apply any product to your hair that final washing before you’re ready to color. No gel no moose no heat treatment nothing, nada, zero! Yes, your hair will be drab and limp, but you’re planning on coloring it you want it free from any product… a clean slate! Read the directions… take your time! After I got all the product on my hair is when I started the time clock. I’m not understanding the other reviews that said this product did not work? My hair turned out amazing, just like the picture on the box, and I’m very very happy! I hope these helpful tips will ensure success with your hair color!

Easy to use

I let it sit for 45 minutes while it processed and then rinsed with warm water. My hair feels soft and conditioned. I definitely love the ashy tones it gave me. I'm already blonde..but this just enhanced the color so much

Dangerous to hair
Damages hair , be careful , my hair lost it shine and became very dull snd dry , I am actually devastated , it was supposed to be soo good , plus did not fully cover my grey roots , never again

Blonde color that looks natural

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hair dye took so well, the crown of my head was so grey! And the cost of highlights is now just too much. This took so well the coverage is unreal. My hair has been left feeling so smooth too, instructions are extremely clear and it smells so nice. The consistency is great and goes so far, I have very long hair. It dried really well and left zero breakage. A great product

Fading too fast
I've tried this product three times and left it on a little longer each time-almost 45 min last time. No matter how I've applied it, it does not last more than 2 weeks. My hair is naturally white gray and the color fades beginning with 3rd shampoo. I'm disappointed because my hair was really nice the first few days.

Buyer beware.
I got this dye because I wanted to color my hair brown and not a light blond. My hair is natural light brown. I put the dye on at 11:06am and took it out at 11:36am. I then spent the next 2 hours trying to get it of my forehead, arm and both ears. My head itches like nothing I've ever felt. I washed off all the dye, showered too and still. Did all the tricks to remove it an acetone was the only thing that worked. The dye is darker than advertised. Medium golden brown. Idk if I will use this again after spiraling to get the dye off. I've been dyeing my hair since 1997.

Best Home Hair Dye Ever
I bought this a few months ago after my stylist left my salon and I was in shock and figured, well dang, may as well go back to coloring my hair again! As someone who has gone back and forth to home and professional stylists for decades this is absolutely 💯 worth it!!! Just follow the directions word for word 😊

i wanted to lighten up my hair as i had been using darker dye from the same brand, so we lightened my hair and it was a copper ish colour, then we used 5.3 brown colour, and after washing it out, it turned my hair so dark and completely jet black. thoroughly disappointed. was trying to stray away from my hair being so dark as it washes me out. also, the bonding treatment at the beginning makes my hair so unbelievably tatty

The use of a clarifying shampoo, followed by a deep conditioner can sometimes soften a color that is too dark. We also suggest that you avoid the use of heat (ex: blow dryers, curling irons) which can further set the color in. Multidimensional tones
