Although the MIPS system only rotates a few millimeters, that movement may reduce the amount of rotational force that could be transferred to your brain. Avoid this helmet
This helmet has very little padding and is very hard on the inside. Doesn't look like it offers much, if any, protection. Wish I could return it, but I threw away the packaging and the receipt before looking at it closely.

Lightweight, Easily Adjustable
This helmet is very easy to adjust, making it perfect for any head size. The straps have clips that slide up and down to make them longer or shorter. There's a dial on the back to allow for a snug fit. It's very lightweight and very comfortable.

comfortable and breathable
Bell is a brand I have relied on for years to provide helmets that protect my family. This is a standard adult sized helmet, fitting 21.25" to 24" heads, around ages 14 and up. It is adjusted easily via the dial and side straps for a proper fit. This upgraded version includes Mips, which provides added protection for certain kinds of impacts. There are quite a few vents in this helmet which help to prevent overheating. Overall, the helmet is comfortable even for extended rides. The cream helmet is a little more yellowish.

Streamlined and Excellent Fit!
This helmet is suitable for individuals aged 14 years and up, and is easily adjusted to fit a particular head size by turning the dial inside the helmet. It fits most heads measuring 54-61 cm and, like most helmets, it has an adjustable chin strap. The design is impressive and features clean aesthetics with the added protection of Mips. Mips is that extra layer inside the helmet which may provide more protection depending on the kind of impact. The large vents should keep the head cool on a warm day, and it has soft pads inside which make it comfortable to wear. It is also lightweight which adds to the comfortable feel when wearing it. A great bike helmet!

Comfortable
My Bell Granite MIPS Adult Bike Helmet fits snugly yet comfortably and can be easily adjusted for the best fit. It’s lightweight and not bulky, but feels safe and sturdy. It stays in place and works well to protect my entire head while I’m riding my bike.

Large size, comfortable and adjustable
This helmet is very comfortable. I have had a hard time finding helmets that fit, but this one fits me quite well. It also fits my son who has a lot of thick, dense hair. It adjusts in multiple ways including the chin strap and a dial that adjusts the inner portion.

Adult helmet - safety comes first!
Adult helmet with great safety specs. It fits comfortable with adjustable straps and tightness also able to be made larger or smaller. Fits adult head and will be great as my kiddos get bigger. Nice helmet for anyone looking.

Sturdy & stylish
I’ve been riding my bike more & have been looking for a good helmet. I ride on different types of terrains, so this was an obvious safety measure for me. This Granite MIPS Adult Bike Helmet suits me because it’s lightweight & well made. It fits well & the adjustable straps help keep it from moving around or falling off. The short visor keeps extra glare out of my eyes, & the vents throughout the helmet let air through, so my head doesn’t get as sweaty. There’s cushion on the chin & forehead straps which make it more comfortable to wear. Overall I like this helmet.

Great for protection!
This is a great option for a bike helmet. It’s really well made and it really protects your whole head. I find that if it’s best on my tween daughter than my head, although it is a bit adjustable. It’s not overly bulky and I like that it’s on the more plain side.

Saved my head
Bought this helmet since I was just starting to ride a bike again for the first time in a decade. Went for a ride to get some food and managed to wreck on some train tracks like a dummy. Thanks to this helmet, I only broke my hand and not my head. The imact to my head felt quite soft. Inspecting the helmet shows how the foam cmpressed to absorb the impact. This is a good looking helmet that does it's job well and for a great price. I'll be buying another one when I'm ready to ride again.

Solid yet lightweight helmet
I bought this helmet for my 16 year old son. He really likes it. It's a solid helmet yet lightweight. He generally uses it riding through the neighborhood. He hasn't fallen/hit his head with it- thank goodness! But it does seem like an excellent helmet.

Great helmet. I am a 5'7" woman with a normal-sized head. This helmet fits my head snugly. It has an adjustable dial in the back and adjustable chin strap. I think it could also be sized-down to fit my younger child. I would recommend!

I really like this helmet! First, the helmet looks good on. I always feel dorky wearing one, but this helmet has a sporty appearance. Second, the helmet uses MIPS which is a form of slip plane technology, meaning that a MIPS helmet is constructed from two layers that rotate against each other, mimicking the rotation of the brain’s own cerebrospinal fluid, which is the body’s natural defense against oblique impacts. I feel safe when wearing it and recommend to anyone looking for attractive protective gear.

Great helmet
This is a nice helmet. It seems more compact than my older one and I like that it is easily adjustable. I was able to adjust it while it was on my head instead of having to take it off and put it back on. The fit is snug in a good way when adjusted properly and sits on my head well.

This is a great bicycle helmet. It is very sturdy, fits perfectly, is a great design and is comfortable. It says it's an adult size, but my son is bigger for his age and the helmet fits him very well. It is great that it has the extra lining inside to give even more protection. I also like that it has the adjustable wheel on the back to make sure it has a snug fit. The design and color is also great and my son really enjoys using this while riding his bike.

Easy to fit
I can’t believe how easy it was to adjust this helmet to be a perfect fit! The dial at the back of the helmet made it super easy to get a perfect fit for my head. The helmet is also light-weight and very comfortable to wear. I can’t wait to get this out on the trail in the spring! The color was true to the website too. I highly recommend this helmet.
