How can you call this clean when there is a fragrance....I purchased 2 boxes of the powder and cannot use them because of the fragrance. Will you consider making a NO FRAGRANCE powder? Thank you, Nancy

My order came with other items covered in tide powder from a busted tide box. I had a complete mess! Couldn't get in touch with anybody about it and I live 40 miles from a store. Only thing saved me some mess was a couple of items were in bags , large box was very fragile and tore with tide coming out everywhere when I got it inside. Better boxes needed and put everything in bags, if they had done that, I could have saved some work and detergent!

Disappointed in Tide
I wanted to like this item as I’m looking for a free and Cleere unscented laundry detergent that I could recycle the boxes and not use lots of plastic. However, I am disappointed because this product leaves clumps of detergent left over in my machine and spots of detergent on my laundry. I gave 5 stars for “scent” because it is in fact unscented, which is what I was looking for.

Warning: Not truly fragrance free!
I had to return this box because as soon as I opened it the scent was so overpowering we had to put it in our shed in a plastic trash bag until we could get back to return it! I asked customer service at P&G and they told me they had to relabel the old "free & gentle" version to this "clean & gentle" because the factory could no longer guarantee a fully fragrance free product anymore so some batches will be more filled with the 'fragrances' than others! Gross! So if you have sensitive skin, you won't be able to use Tide at all anymore because this has various fragrance allergens and their liquid free & clears almost always use BIT perservative now which make me & my baby break out in horrible rashes! Lovely Tide! What were you thinking? I recommend the Sals suds, both work great on our laundry with no hives or rash in sight!

Really strong gross fragrance
This has a very strong disgusting fragrance that triggers my allergies, despite fragrance not being listed anywhere in the ingredients list. I'm not sure how they can advertise this as gentle.
