A: Yes. I used exclusively when cloth diapering! I found alot of othere detergents caused issues with buildup. Be sure to add a water softener too if you have very hard water with cloth diapers.

A: Try something fragrance free, the added chemicals are of no use and can harm skin when mixed with urine. If you must, then rinse twice.

A: Thank you for asking about this. We assure you, the safety of our products is fundamental to everyone at Tide. When used as directed, your wash will be cleaned safely. Every ingredient in Tide has been formulated within safe limits and determined to be safe when used as intended for both you and the environment.

A: I use white vinegar and baking soda And looks great.

A: Our detergents do not kill germs, however they are highly effective cleaning products that reach to the fiber level to wash away soils as well as prevent those soils from re-depositing on clothing through the wash. The bottom line is that the majority of household laundry does not require germ kill or antibacterial treatment. For the best, most effective clean, use the hottest water allowed by the care labels on your clothing. If needed, you can add a germ killing or anti-bacterial additive to your wash.

A: No answer - the odor is overwhelming. I keep mine in the garage and bring it in only on wash day. But - my towels are whte, as they shoudl be and do not smell they stink like a house

A: Our goal is for our users to enjoy doing the laundry, and we found that a majority of people enjoy some scent to their laundry products.

A: Yes, it will work in cold water and still provide an exceptional clean.

A: I would not add bleach, but I would pre-soak in bleach and then this. But I find it works without the added chemical

A: We recommend using the detergent as directed.

A: No, these do have some fragrance to them. We don't have a scentless powder anymore, but we do have a Free and Gentle Liquid and pod detergents.

A: "Fragrance" is smimply more added toxic chemicals that is not needed. You can still smell the bleach and I like that better

A: If you like the fresh smell of laundry with bleach use a pre-soak of bleach and then wash with Tide in hot water. I wash kitchen towels separatly from bath/butt towels.

A: Hey there Mike! Great question. Our Tide Original Plus Bleach Laundry Detergent Powder can be used in both top or front loaders, and whether you can put it in the laundry detergent dispenser or not is determined by your washing machine's usage manual. Ideally, our Tide Powder should go in first before the clothes go in, or in the dispenser as long as your machine allows it. So, please contact the manufacturer for any further clarifications in usage of your machine. Please contact us at (800) 879-8433 so we can hear more any other question you may have. Your satisfaction is highly important for us at Tide.
