Q: will this kill viruses and bacteria in laundry?

A: Our detergents do not kill germs, however they are highly effective cleaning products that reach to the fiber level to wash away soils as well as prevent those soils from re-depositing on clothing through the wash. The bottom line is that the majority of household laundry does not require germ kill or antibacterial treatment. For the best, most effective clean, use the hottest water allowed by the care labels on your clothing. If needed, you can add a germ killing or anti-bacterial additive to your wash.

A: No answer - the odor is overwhelming. I keep mine in the garage and bring it in only on wash day. But - my towels are whte, as they shoudl be and do not smell they stink like a house

A: Try something fragrance free, the added chemicals are of no use and can harm skin when mixed with urine. If you must, then rinse twice.

A: I would not add bleach, but I would pre-soak in bleach and then this. But I find it works without the added chemical

A: No, these do have some fragrance to them. We don't have a scentless powder anymore, but we do have a Free and Gentle Liquid and pod detergents.

Bad delivery
My 87 year old mother was sent this soap. She is not going to drive to the store to return this damaged box. Keep it. I assure you we will think twice before buying items from you again. This was to help an elderly lady. MY MOM! Keep your replacement we are not scammers. Wal Mart seems to be a better option in the future. Thankyou.

Amazing detergent but annoyed with Target for jacking up the price again
If you can find it cheaper elsewhere, get it elsewhere. It’s a fantastic product but I’m unsure as to why Target keeps increasing the price. It cleans better than any other detergent I’ve ever used and I have hard water.

The Scent is Horrific
I used to wash my clothes in Tide with Bleach in powder form about a decade ago. But somehow, the formula changed into something that smells nauseatingly putrid. It is by no means fresh. I was hanging my clothes on the line, and they smelled sour. I have a regular top-load machine and used one scoop. What in the heck is going on? I had to throw away the newly purchased box because there was no way I could continue smelling this detergent. This formula change upsets me greatly.

Best thing to buy for your whites
Best for your whites. I mix with normal detergent when washing the whites and everything comes back spotless. Doesn’t have the bleach odor as other products,i tolerate it better.
