    Good for wrists but only good for ankles that are wrist-sized

    Fine for wrists, not so much for ankles unless your ankles are extremely thin. The thumbhole bit has no place to go so can easily get caught on things unless you tuck it in, giving you even less room in the ankle. While the length and diameter measurements seem like they should fit fine, they barely overlap on me due to the velcro not being long enough and having to tuck the thumbhole bits inside the weights. Also, while they say they are washable there are no instructions included on how to do so properly.
