I love that these pouches help the baby learnt to hold and bring food to their mouth. Beech Nut has alot of different options for flavors. My baby loved them all! I like that they are a healthy option since she will not eat whole foods yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an endurance athlete, I use baby-food pouches for an on-the-go (or in my case, on-the-erg) snack. I had one today during my almost 2 hour rowing marathon, since I need quick energy, and like that this can be resealed so I can take a sip and not need to consume the entire pouch while on the machine or on the river. It's convenient to keep in a sports bag as quick and healthy energy. I thought it tasted great, and I like that the variety pack clearly labels what fruits or veggies are in each pouch, and what the benefits are (such as iron, fiber, etc.) That makes it easy for me to know what I should be consuming and when during the workout. Although I don't have babies to try this, my kids were young once and loved pouches, and I can say as a parent that having these reseal is an excellent feature. Most importantly, I feel like kids would like the taste! Almost like an applesauce but with more fruits and veggies, or a toddler-approved smoothie!
