Not powerful
Not powerful enough. I have used it about 3 times and the suction is weak. Today I used it on a spot on a machine washable carpet (thin) and ended up with an empty drain container. there was no suction. carpet is very wet. I put my hand to it and feel nothing.

Easy to use
I’m very happy with the little green mini. I used it to clean car seats and some carpet spots. I plan to use it mostly in the car. Light weight, easy to carry around and cleaning after use is easy.

Cannot clean properly
This product is very difficult to clean. Specifically in the suction handle, that plastic that covers the suction is not able to be removed. It will get clogged with hair and other fibers. The clogged hair and fibers will get very stinky from being wet. It is possible to try to get out. I wish they would design a product that could be cleaned properly, so it does not get stinky and disgusting.

Do not recommend
Waste of money… has very little suction power so you just end up with a soaked and stained carpet. Cleans up some of the surface material but doesn’t get into the deeper parts of the carpet to fully remove the stain. I worked on a 1 ft by 1 ft spot for over an hour and only got up a quarter inch of the water and solution used. Essentially just spread the stain around. Had to rent a rug doctor to actually clean the stain. Would return if I still could. Very dissapointed

Mini Bissell
This mini carpet worked so good on my passenger seat in my car had to clean up throw up. But the only thing is they make it seem like it’s portable which it’s not. So that’s why I gave 4 stars had to buy an extension cord just to reach an outlet in order to use the machine.

What if I was evil
the girl who was supposed to handle the pickup stuff was not doing her job and just bouncing around, i’m guessing this happens often since two guys were helpful and where visible stressed when someone wasn’t doing their job. thankfully my stuff was able to be handled. But I think maybe there should be more staff handling all the pick up area with proper training. What if I was evil and yelled at these poor workers who were just doing their job. I’m js saying.
