Great, IF the zipper works

I used my travel bag fresh out of the box for the first time and the zipper broke. No matter which zipper pull I used or direction I was going, the zipper would split open and not stay closed. I have several UPPAbaby products and this is the first one I've been disappointed with. For such a high end brand, it was very disappointing (and embarrassing) to have to duct tape my bag closed at the airport. Why put a plastic zipper on a product meant to protect something as important as yours child's car seat? The ONLY reason I'm rating four stars is because of UPPAbaby's warranty program. I have found it to be one of the best. I immediately notified UPPAbaby of the issue and they sent a replacement bag the next day. Fingers crossed, the new one works.

Worth it

This is so worth it for lugging a car seat around the airport. Took the mesa without a travel bag so when we bought the Knox we got this too & it made a world of difference. Not to mention, if it's damaged they will cover it if it's in the bag! :)
