Burnt my scalp, its conditioner was runny and the dye and serum smelled really bad. I was really disappointed since I got the impression it was high quality and really good for hair.

Awful. Dried my hair out horribly, and tons of color rinses out every time I wash my hair, even though I use a color-safe shampoo and the conditioner that came with the dye. My hair was healthy before I used this dye and now it’s dry and brittle. If I could give this negative stars, I would.

Too Dark!
My hair was a medium brown and this color turned my hair black! I wanted dark brown, not black! Not happy with it at all! Now I have to figure out how to fix it! It would have been helpful to know if this was a black and not a brown. You need to add the color - light brown, medium brown, dark brown, etc. along with the name like Cappuccino, Espresso, etc.

I love this color
I bought this few days ago and color my hair and I like how it turns out. Never color this before and use this brand but I love it. Specially the conditioner after color so shiny and soft and my hair are excellent. I wish they have this conditioner to sell individual because I’m I ove with it and love to use it forever.

A nice color, but darker than expected
I really love Schwartzkopf colors, and use them exclusively at home and salon. But this one came out quite a bit darker than I expected. It's a 4, but came out almost a 2. It has quite a bit of red tones as well, which doesn't look anything like the box. I was a cool 5 brown before and only wanted to go a touch darker and richer since my color was beginning to fade. Never had this issue with one of their colors before.

Difficult to Choose a Color Based on the Color Name
I've been wanting to try the Keratin Color product line for a while; I color my hair every 4-5 weeks to cover gray, so I'm looking to match my brown hair color, not to change hair color. What kept me delaying from trying this product are the names of the various colors - I guess some marketing genius thought they would be a great selling tool, but I don't find them at all helpful in choosing a color, especially for the first time. The color shown on the box is, of course, not accurate. So I finally tried the "Cappuccino" color based on the color shown on the box. My hair turned out a bit darker than I would have liked, but it wasn't awful. Next time I'll try a lighter color (Cashmere Brown?), or I might go back to my old "trick" of mixing 2 colors so that I get a better result. I think it would be helpful, though, to include a more "generic" color description - "light brown, medium brown, etc." along with the "fancy" color name.

Very pleased with the color! It left my hair silky, shiney, fuller and younger looking. Gray coverage is awesome!! With other products, there were always a few strands. Not so with Schwarzkopf Keratin (Cappuccino). So happy to have found a great hair color that does what it says it will.

Hair Coloring experience
This was my first ever time to color my hair myself. Schwarzkopf Keratin Color in Cappuccino was easy to mix and made my hair feel extremely soft. The color developed nicely and now my gray and overgrown highlights are covered. My hair felt really dry and now it feels softer and moisturizer. I really liked the pre treatment and conditioner. I would buy this again.

My New Go-To Hair Color!!
I was really excited when this hair color arrived because of the fact that it is keratin infused. After coloring my hair and focusing on the grey roots, I was surprised to see how well the color covered them. I have resistant greys, so not all hair color kits can cover them. My hair was soft and shiny after the final wash and dry and the color is vibrant. It looks like I just got out of the salon - but didn't have to pay the salon price - wooo! The application instructions were easy to follow and the aroma wasn't harsh at all. I love that the line offers multi-dimensional depth in the color selection and I really want to try other colors. It seems like this color can be used frequently without doing damage to my hair because of the keratin and collagen infusions - that's really important to me because my greys grow so fast these days. Love it!

Not salon quality but results weren't ba
I definitely used to be a home hair color girl. The salon was a pain and it was so expensive. In recent years I have changed my tune. I am not a skilled hairstylist period. I don't think the quality of product is bad but the person doing the job (me) is not that great. I will recommend as the dye was a pretty color and my hair felt healthy but probably will not use again because face it, haircolor isn't my thing.

Things I liked about Schwarzkopf Keratin Color in Cappuccino - that there was a pre-treatment for ends. That it evenly colored my hair and didnt' leave the top different than the bottom. That it covered grey very effectively. That the color was true to the description, delivering what was promised. Despite using the product as instructed, and only leaving it on for 30 minutes, it was extremely hard on my hair. If your hair is dry, this product will not help improve the quality as other hair color I have used would. I also found it left my hair dull, not shiny. I was happy with the color, but disappointed overall in the results. The photo is the "after" effect.
