I didn't think anyone expects these things to be supernaturally effective, so as long as you have realistic expectations, you'll be happy. I was afraid it wouldn't be comfortable, but it is a great match between soft and supportive. The chilling effect works, and I'm excited to put it to the test in summer heat.

Cooling pillow

Funky smell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is cooling as described but came with a funky smell. In following the directions, I did wash the pillow but found the smell remains in the center of the pillow. I have reached out to customer service regarding this issue and await their reply.

Too soft with no neck support. Will not use it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sad to say I’m not happy with the standard, soft pillow. Very flat with no neck support. Well made, I prefer a lumbar pillow which defines support for head and neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did I feel cool while sleeping on it? Yea, I guess so. It just wasn't a comfortable pillow for me. It's very thick and my head sunk into the "medium/firm" pillow. I guess I'll save it for when a guest stays over. I'm not impressed at all.

Comfortable pillow.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is mice and soft but did seem to flatten out on the second night and did not feel as fluffy as the first night. I also did not feel it to be cooling, however it did make me feel slightly cooler than most other pillows I have tried.

Not mu favorite unfortunately
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought firm, as i sleep on back. When i try to bunch pillow up to support my head, filling just slips back to original shape, you cant shape it at all. When i turn on my side , it feels flat, like not enough stuffing in it, and with normal cotton pillowcase on it, i can honestly say i can not feel any coolness difference from my prior down pillow. For the price, i was disappointed.

HOT PILLOW
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The "UltraCool Pillow" is not what it claims. Yes the pillow is cool to the touch, similar to other cool pillows. But once you lay on it and your head heat is transferred to the pillow, it's a hot mess. For the steep price of this pillow it does not do any "Cooling" justice.

I was excited to try my new ultraCoolPillow, as I’ve been searching for months for a comfortable pillow. Since I have stenosis which creates neck issues, I was hopeful this would meet my needs. However, it is too hard. It is supposed to be soft/ medium; after trying it for a few nights ( even got my husband to sleep on some) hoping it’d crush down, it’s just still too hard. It appears to be quality material but I’d recommend a softer version, if it exists. Great pillow though, if you prefer firm pillow.

Terrible no structure
The pillow lost all structural integrity. It was a so uncomfortable. The pillow did not provide cooling comfort.
