Great product
Very pleased with these ear pods the sound is well balanced across the whole tonal spectrum. They lock onto my phone really well over blue tooth without any issues, simply by removing the buds from the case. My one disappointment was that the case doesn't support fast charging so i need to have an additional charger to support this device rather than use the same charger i have all my other pieces of tech. My only reservation is not with the product but with the registration of them to ensure the warranty is valid as this seemed fraught with difficulty trying simply to logon once account was created and then to find both the appropriate products, that is the buds and the case. Help file were not helpful at all and the Ai was pointless in advising offering no alternative helpful advice. This is not a problem i have had with any other product from other manufactures, so was very disappointing. I have finally managed to complete this process but it was very frustrating and wasted a lot of time. That said the earbuds do work very well and I am very pleased with them

Had 5 days, GREAT so far
Had 5 days, worn several hours a day. Played with all of the tip sizes, some worked but after a while started leaking sound. I use large for both ears (med with all other earbuds I have had). Once I got the right tips that fit my ears, the sound is amazing for earbuds. Got these after I lost my Sennheiser MTW 3. Have Panasonic as well, good but not as good. My Shure's are amazing bot no ANC for wearing in noisy areas. Bass a little heavy, but a well balanced sound overall. 10 band EQ in the app so customizing is easy. Well made app with lots of controls and easy to test the fit in your ears.

Very happy with these headphones
I have not been able to test them in all situations but so far so good. I also own the top of the range Sony over the ears headphones the only problem is in hot weather I tend to sweat but these do not seem to cause the same problem as much. The noise cancellation works fine providing they are seated in the ears well. The sound quality is fine. Connectivity is very good but it is not made clear in the instructions that you can use LDAC. I find the modern presentation of instructions is not as good as in the past.

Disappointed
I just dont like them. Coming from XM4s, I dislike the new profile and find them to be disappointing. I regret purchasing and wish i could just return them for a refund

Great new ear buds..
I have had these about 2 weeks and were replacement for some sony link buds and wf-1000xm5's. The new buds are great and sound is good. If I'm being picky, new buds are a bit big in size. Other than that good 5 stars.

Vast improvement over 1000xm3 !!
My son bought me these earbuds after my 1000xm3 earbuds lost battery power and were too expensive to have the batteries replaced. The latest 1000xm6 have far and away improved the listening experience, and the noise cancelling is excellent with many improved features. These earbuds are audiophile quality compared to my hi fi set up !!

Highly recommended
Finally upgraded from the XM3’s which lasted me 6 years. The XM6’s are really impressive. The noise cancelling is top draw. The sound quality is also incredible. I’ve seen people moan about the comfort not being great over long periods but that’s not the case for me. Very comfy. These are expensive but a great investment, especially if they last as long as my last pair. Highly recommended.

These are the best headphones ever!
These headphones are awesome. The best that I have ever had. The noise cancellation when in calls is so amazing. I can take teams calls on my bike and it doesn't cause any interference at all. The case is nice and the fit is great plus the sound quality for calls and music is brilliant. Battery is good too lasting days before charge needed. No issues with connectivity.

Had high hopes for these earbuds but am not impressed. The price tag isn’t justified, there are better alternatives out there for much less. Bass on these struggles and isn’t punchy when tweaked via equaliser. Some equaliser settings just make the sound appear distorted at raised volume levels, which shouldn’t be the case. The build quality was okay, nothing extraordinary as you’d expect at this price tag. Noise cancellation on these is fairly good though but the overall sound quality is disenchanting.

Faulty music playback after call
It’s great but after a call, the left ear stops playback of music. This is frustrating. It would also be good if the casing came with tracking and not just the buds. This would be helpful when customers are trying to find a missing case.

Let down by uncomfortable / poor fitting ear tips
The sound quality is as described elsewhere in much more detail - excellent. You can hear detail that usually requires full over ear headphones or hi-fi equipment. The ANC is also excellent, but the ear tips are problematic. I've never had an issue with finding ear tips to fit before, or in them being uncomfortable, but the large are too loose (and don't pass the buds own seal test) and the extra large are hard to seat and painful to wear for any length of time (although the ANC is noticably improved). Hence, I'm now in the position of having excellent ear buds than are let down by poor ear tips which at this price point doesn't make much sense to me.

Good sound quality not worth for the price
This earphone is good, great sound and bass but I get ear fatigue easily after a while compared to apple airpod pro plus ambient sound feels bit weird doesn't feel like its natural. Overall this earphone is ok but not a great option.

Amazing sound.
Excellent sound and ease of use. If I had a tiny moan,?it’d be the fit of the buds within my ears - even though I’m using the smallest buds supplied. But you can’t doubt the quality of the tone. Calls and music sound clear and rich. Excellent product. Thank you Sony.
