The suction strength is impressive, strong enough to fully empty, but with adjustable levels so it never feels uncomfortable. I really appreciated the massage mode to help with letdown, and the transition into expression mode was smooth and efficient. It made pumping feel more natural and less of a chore. What truly sets this apart is the ability to pump directly into the wearable milk bottles. After a session, I can either pop on a nipple and feed my baby immediately, or just cap the bottle and store it in the fridge. That flexibility saves time and cuts down on washing extra parts, huge win! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it took me a couple uses to get the fit just right for a proper seal. Once I figured it out, though, it’s been a game-changer. Highly recommend for busy moms who want a seamless pump-to-feed solution!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Suction: Excellent, I find it about 90% as effective as my S1 and I believe that the last 10% is more from the pressure I apply on the flange on the S1. The letdown mode is just as good and the suction levels are really varied too. Not a huge fan of the massage mode but I’m not on the S1 either so probably more personal opinion. Wearability and comfort: Fantastic, although I don’t have anything to compare to other than the terrible wearable cups you can get for the S1! A large cup holds them so well and they barely move at all. I’ve never once had to reposition them and I’ve done all sorts of housework with them on. I actually genuinely forgot I had them in a couple of times. The flange sits nicely against the boob and I found because they’re angled out rather than in they don’t dig in or leave a mark. They sit very comfortably and it astounds me how powerful they are for their size. Noise: They’re pretty noisy, not gonna sugar coat it. Only pump at home or in the car so it never bothered me but my SO who’s quite sensitive to sound said they sound obnoxious. Washing/Cleaning: Much better than I anticipated. The whole thing is 4 pieces plus the pump itself. It comes apart and goes together really easily and is very secure apart from one set which the valve comes away from the cover (grey part) sometimes but never whilst pumping, usually whilst I was carrying it to the sink or couch! I found it washed really well in the dishwasher and I love that the parts didn’t discolour at all despite my S1 parts ending up with an orange tinge - the wearable parts look brand new stilll after 5 months. Very easy to store in a bag or purse and bring on the go, didnt have to worry about leaking. Excellent battery life. Overall: Despite being expensive, I’d definitely recommend 2 of these even in place of my S1. The freedom was amazing after using my S1 with my previous Bub and the fact I never struggled to get them positioned and never ended up with any painful imprints or marks is a testament to the flange design.

Giving her breastmilk is a top priority, so having a dependable, efficient pump is essential and this one has delivered in every way. The suction strength is impressive, offering both power and comfort. The massage and expression modes are thoughtfully designed to help stimulate letdown and maintain milk supply, which has been so important during this emotional and exhausting time. It’s not always easy to find time or privacy to pump in the PICU, but these wearable pumps make it possible. They’re discreet, hands-free, and incredibly convenient. I love the “Wear, Pump, Store & Feed. All-in-One” design. After pumping, I can either feed her right away using the same milk bottle or cap it off and store it in the fridge for later. It’s one less thing to worry about when everything else feels overwhelming. This pump has given me flexibility and peace of mind when I’ve needed it most.

It’s fairly quiet with good suction. It’s easy to use and understand and I like that it comes with the extra storage bottle. It’s also cool that you can give baby the bottle right from the pump! The pumps themselves aren’t too bulky and can be easily transported in a diaper bag or other bag. I love that it has the massage mode and different rhythm modes for suction. I love wearable pumps and this one is definitely a great option!!

It’s very convenient and comfortable to wear while I’m doing chores or just relaxing on the couch. The suction sounds aren’t very loud at all, so it’s not distracting or obvious that I’m pumping which I love. I’m def ditching the other pumps for this one. My son will be happier with his supply now, I can finally keep up with his demand!

The battery lasts a while which is nice because you can only charge them one pump at a time. Suction strength is great. The cons: they are loud. And while they’re certainly portable they aren’t discrete. The sound, and the lights will advertise that they’re there.

Excellent suction power, but at the same time it feels delicate. Works quite quietly, which is especially valuable at night. Easy to wear under clothes - your hands are free, you can do things. The charge is enough for several sessions, and charging is fast. Compact and easy to assemble / disassemble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the elvie stride for a few years.. t he spectra wearable breast pump I would say fits my ripples better and has better suction strength. The charging is tricky because you need to use the specific spectra charger and it only charges one at a time. I did like the elvie had one power hub but the spectra gives you more freedom not being teathered together. The spectra is a bit loud but that doesn't really bother me! Overall this is a good wearable pump!

The cups stay in place, even while bending over or doing chores and the slightly angled flanges are comfortable against the skin. I’m very happy with my milk output with using these! I feel like it’s matched with what you’d get from a plugged-in model, but with the freedom of hands-free use. Overall it has powerful suction, offers comfy and secure wear, simple cleanup - perfect for busy moms needing quality but freedom. The parts are easy to take apart and sanitize, which is a big deal when you’re running on little sleep and don’t want a complicated routine. Honestly, the Spectra Premier has helped me stay consistent with pumping and feel less stressed about providing milk. I highly recommend this pump to any mom who wants freedom, comfort, and efficiency in one amazing product.

This pump is obnoxiously loud and poorly performs. The programming is outdated and doesn’t resemble other spectra pumps. The containers easily fall off when removing from your bra due to the most cheaply made design that doesn’t include grooves for screwing in. In 7 pump sessions, the best this pump could do was 2oz a session (I usually make 6-8oz a session). Given all the opportunity spectra had to improve this pump after years of poor reviews in other countries, I can only assume this is a money grab and praying on moms who have come to love spectra products. DO NOT BUY.
