Excellent product for rotator cuff tendinitis cold therapy
This product worked better than I expected. The cloverleaf shape fit perfectly around the contours of my shoulder. It took a little trial & error but I figured out how to use the neoprene wrap with two Velcro straps to keep the pack securely in place. Helpful advice - First wrap the neoprene wrap over the pack & shoulder and cross in front of the rotator cuff snugly. Then place one Velcro strap on the top front where it crosses and the other below before the cross. The pack kept cold for the entire 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone with rotator cuff tendinitis!

Awesome Wrap!
This is probably the best cold wrap I've ever used. In fact, my husband loved it too for his sore knees. I've purchased all kinds of cold wraps/packs and this by far has stayed cold the longest which is super important for me. Add to that the versatility due to the shape and the optional strap, we've both been able to use it on several areas of our sore bodies. I absolutely recommend!

Sweet Sweedo
Overall this a great product for icing sore knees, elbows and shoulders. The contoured shape makes it easy to fit where you need it with the added bonus of compression. The strap makes it easy to keep on in hard to fit places or if you are on the go. The fabric covering keeps your skin from getting irritated while icing. I use it on my knee for arthritis and it does a wonderful job in helping me reduce pain and inflammation. The price is great too.

Swede-O Joint cold therapy wrap
This is a nice ice pack, it folds around my knee very nice and does a good job. It is easy to use and would work well on other joints. It stays on pretty well with the strap.

Effective but awkward to handle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clover ice pack does the icing job effectively. However it is rather large so does not fit well in smaller areas of treatment. Really nice having the strap to hold it in place, but this does not work well with single handed use. So if you're treating an arm or hand you would need help getting it wrapped around.

Ingenious idea
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very interesting way of designing a cold pack. The four leaf clover design allows for coverage over joints without having to twist and hold a rectangular cold pack. The ability to lay it out on knees without having to hold a rectangular cold pack makes it much more comfortable to use and the cold benefits are better than wrestling with a rectangular one. It is also much easier to use on elbows and ankles. It is very cold coming out of the freezer and holds the cold for a long period of time. The compression strap is a little difficult to manage but I can see benefits to it. I would recommend this cold pack.

Its's round shape with the "cuts" in it allow you to apply the healing coolness effectively and comfortably to so many hard to get to places such as your shoulders, knees ankles, arms ..... The wrap helps it stay in place and it feels great. It also can be placed on your back or even rested on top of your head for migraines. Love this thing!!!!

Just What We Needed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have LOVED having the Swede-O Joint Wrap! We have two active teens and a farming husband. Aches and pains are a part of life but this has made them easier to deal with. We keep it folded up in the freezer in a sandwich bag. Take it out, wrap it in a hand towel and apply where needed. The way it’s shaped helps get the cold exactly where it’s needed. And the strap it comes with is such a great bonus. No more being forced to sit down while letting the cold do its work. This is a must have!

Knee Pain Relief
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the Swedo Joint wrap I’m able relieve the pain in my knee very effectively. It totally engulfs the top and sides of my knee providing a more consistent and comfortable joint wrap. The design allows the wrap to target several painful areas on my knee with compression and cooling that lasts longer than using an ice pack alone. I like the feel of it; it doesn’t irritate my skin at all. The Velcro strap allows use in several areas; knee, arm, shoulder etc. so the wrap itself is versatile and allows me to move around while still keeping the wrap in place when I need to.

Brings relief for bad headaches.
I know it's for joints like ankles. But this ice pack is built great and works on a variety of places. My main use is headaches. My son like to use it on his knee when it's fatigued. We love it. Built well. Feels nice, comfortable weight too.
