A: If your wood floors are older and worn, it's best to be cautious. The Swiffer PowerMop manual advises against using the solution on worn wooden floors because they may not be properly protected from liquid. PowerMop solutions are safe on all sealed, finished flooring types, but if your floors are worn, they might lack the necessary protection for wet cleaning. Using the Wood pads with the appropriate solution designed for wood floors could be a safer choice until you can replace your floors. Always avoid using on unfinished, oiled, or waxed wooden boards.

Love it -put back the steam
I choose swiffer over and over again. I used to love the cheap little steam mop they made years ago. I had two until they broke. Tried this today and I loved it, but it costs more to clean. The mop is not really reusable so thats a negative for me. I would love to use the mop at least twice. But pleas bring back the small and steam mop. I tried Bona three time and it’s a waste of money, this one is easy to use and navigates like a charm.
