    Lumpy

    The pillow was lumpy and wouldn't hold a shape. My neck pain increased markedly while using it. About the only positive was it was cooling.

    Soft uncomfortable product

    I received the pillows and upon opening the box found the pillows to be very soft with very little support. Be very careful when ordering these pillows as Tempur does not accept returns.

    A New Level of Comfort and a Better Night’s Sleep!

    My experience with the TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable Pillow has been excellent. I love that I can adjust the pillow to find the right level of comfort and support for a good night's sleep. The TEMPUR material feels soft and comfortable while providing the support I want. I also appreciate the quality and thoughtful design.     Even though you have submitted a warranty, be prepared to do all the work to get warranty coverage. Failed sewing and a flat pillow after 60 days and a poor purchase

    not the same product with same name purchased in stores

    Disappointed to learn that they either changed the foam filling or simply changed the product altogether. We received our two pillows and they are hard, don't compress as easily as the previous product under the same name and appear to have different foam pieces inside than previous product. Super disappointing.

    Very Comfortable Pillows

    Whenever we travel, it’s hard to get comfortable and fall asleep with other pillows. These pillows are so comfortable. My husband and I fell asleep, stayed asleep and woke up refreshed with these great pillows.

    TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable Pillow

    I purchased this product because of the 2 for 1 offer. The TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable Pillow is an adjustment after using a contour pillow for several years. I wasn't aware it was necessary to fluff the pillow nightly to get a good sleep, so that was a learning curve. The pillow is okay.

    Adjustable pillow perfection

    My pillow is better than sleeping on a cloud. This Luxury pillow, supports my neck and allows me to sleep through the night. I have never been more comfortable! I highly recommend this pillow.

    Don’t waste your money

    The pillow is soft but once your head lays in it, it’s sinks. It’s flat no support. I tried returning but I couldn’t. I knew by the first night it was a terrible investment.

    Not a cloud

    Fully filled was too much for a stomach sleeping position. Adjusted the fill level until it was right, but it is much too firm. The fill still does not cushion and contour to my head. One would expect softer foam to feel like a cloud. I will be looking for something else.

    My top purchase for 2026

    I can say without a doubt that this is the best purchase I have ever made for my sleep. In all my 64 years, I have never slept as soundly or as comfortably as I do now.
