The pillows are just what we needed ! The cooling of the pillows will help us feel comfortable.

These are good quality and comfortable sheets. However the top sheet is extra big and when you roll over it gets tangled up.

I love this pillow - it's always cold on both sides and the perfect firmness for side sleeping.

We purchased these pillows for their cooling technology; they are definitely cool to the touch initially. Although, through the night they do warm up where your head rests and you have to adjust occasionally. In addition, they are very comfortable providing a good balance of support and cushion for your head.

I have been buying this pillow since 2019. This is my 4th one. Both my husband and I noticed with the last one and even more so with this new one, that the pillow is hardly cooling. And they are soo flat!!!! They used to be so cold, they would relieve a headache. Welcome to 2026--they're luke warm and FLAT.... Soo disappointed in your new quality standards. Don't waste your money on this non cooling pillow.

This pillow actually felt good from the first night, which surprised me. It feels a little firmer at first touch, but once you lay on it, it softens up pretty quickly. I’m mostly a stomach/side sleeper, and it’s comfortable, but I wouldn’t say it’s super supportive. It does get pretty squished, especially if you stay in one position for a while. That said, it still feels better than my old pillows that would completely go flat. The cooling cover is noticeable when you first lie down and it has that cool-to-the-touch feel but after a bit it settles into more of a neutral temperature. It doesn’t stay cold all night, but it also doesn’t trap heat, which I like. Overall it feels well-made and comfortable. Not perfect in terms of support, but still an upgrade for me and I’ve been sleeping better with it.

My son sleeps without covers and is always hot. This pillow helps him keep cool

Great neck support. Better sleep. As a tall man and side sleeper, I need more neck support. This pillow fills the bill. Excellent sleep.

Starts off firm but my head sinks in perfectly with no strain on my neck. Maintains its shape- no having to fluff it up. Cool but not cold. Love it!

I finally decided to take a chance and purchase the Tempur-cloud breeze dual cooling pillows for my bed. I am so glad that I did because I have been sleeping better, have less headaches when I wake up, and feel very rested. I love that the pillows stay cool all night as that helps when I do have a headache. I should have bought these pillows a long time ago.

Warps to your head within seconds. I have a medium firm mattress and this seem to support every position except on my stomach but I can just stack them for that. It has the best cooling technology I have seen in a pillow.

The pillow is good for neck pain but it doesn’t allow for hugging it, if you like to do that when you sleep. It’s so heavy to even flip during the night if you’re looking for a cooler side. Nice but has its issues.

High quality product that really does help cool the body temp at night, but it is so thick and heavy. It's hard to get used to.

I didn't realize how bad my old pillows were till I splurged on this one. You won't regret getting it.

King size, cooling tech, Tempurpedic quality, awesome pillow.

Purchased two king size pillows to replace a pair of the same model we’d had for 10+ years that were beginning to break down. The news ones are significantly less firm than even the old worn out pair. Very disappointed to be unable to return the pillows, especially at this price.

These are great and have the same foamy softness that the mattress does. I wish they had a little more of the structure. They don't have enough to use it for back support. Once your body weight is on it you slowly sink all the way down. To sleep on it is great though.

It is truly a cooling pillow with great support. I have been using a tempurpedic pillow for years and finally broke down & got a new one. My neck is thanking me!
