This pillow actually felt good from the first night, which surprised me. It feels a little firmer at first touch, but once you lay on it, it softens up pretty quickly. I’m mostly a stomach/side sleeper, and it’s comfortable, but I wouldn’t say it’s super supportive. It does get pretty squished, especially if you stay in one position for a while. That said, it still feels better than my old pillows that would completely go flat. The cooling cover is noticeable when you first lie down and it has that cool-to-the-touch feel but after a bit it settles into more of a neutral temperature. It doesn’t stay cold all night, but it also doesn’t trap heat, which I like. Overall it feels well-made and comfortable. Not perfect in terms of support, but still an upgrade for me and I’ve been sleeping better with it.

My son sleeps without covers and is always hot. This pillow helps him keep cool

Great neck support. Better sleep. As a tall man and side sleeper, I need more neck support. This pillow fills the bill. Excellent sleep.

Starts off firm but my head sinks in perfectly with no strain on my neck. Maintains its shape- no having to fluff it up. Cool but not cold. Love it!

High quality product that really does help cool the body temp at night, but it is so thick and heavy. It's hard to get used to.

Purchased two king size pillows to replace a pair of the same model we’d had for 10+ years that were beginning to break down. The news ones are significantly less firm than even the old worn out pair. Very disappointed to be unable to return the pillows, especially at this price.

These are great and have the same foamy softness that the mattress does. I wish they had a little more of the structure. They don't have enough to use it for back support. Once your body weight is on it you slowly sink all the way down. To sleep on it is great though.

This pillow is not medium/firm. This pillow is soft/medium. It will go flat on you after about 2 minutes of laying your head on it. Spent way too much money for a pillow that does not hold its shape very well. It does cool after a bit.

These pillows are such a game changer! My girlfriend and I bought them when they had a great sale and it has been amazing since! We’ve noticed that we’ve been sleeping so much better! Highly recommend these pillows for anybody looking to upgrade

Picked up this pillow during their BOGO sale and was fully satisfied! The pillow did have a slight new product smell but have a week or two, that quickly dissipated. The pillow cooling is fast and makes it easy to just slightly move for a cooler experience. The only thing I didn't quite like, is that one pillow is not enough to keep my neck straighter as a side sleeper, but both pillows are too many. Other than that, it is a great pillow!

Not as comfortable as I hoped it might be. Purchased the neck pillow years ago- BEST PRODUCT EVER - helped with all my neck and back pain/ sleeping issues. Unfortunately, TEMPUR decided to stop making “normal” sizing and created a silly little baby “toy” they call a pillow…so I tried this pillow- very disappointed not at all comfortable for me——wish they would bring back the normal adult sizing for the contoured neck pillow

Great size for King, use it for side sleeping. Downside its super heavy.

The cooling technology is nice, but, you have to change spots every day. If you lay on the same spot for a week, the cooling effect fades. Otherwise, the thickness for this pillow seemed to be just right for me as a side sleeper. Material supports my head well.

Not as cooling as expected, it warms up pretty fast. It also takes longer to comeback to initial form (we bought the medium hybrid)

Pillow arrived timely and in good condition. It is definitely heavy and solid compared to most pillows. I have been suffering from neck, shoulder pain so I just wanted relief. After a few weeks of sleeping with it my neck pain is gone. Shoulders have relief. I love my down pillow, but need this pillow. The cooling feature is nice but I do find that it warms up during the night. So I took off a star for that.

I have both neck and back discomfort so I purchased these pillows based on a recommendation from my daughter. They are excellent and “surround” my neck with comfort and support. I feel the difference.

I didn’t expect a pillow to make this big of a difference, but the TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling completely changed how I sleep. The first thing I noticed was the cooling—it’s not that fake “cool for 5 minutes” feeling. It actually stays cool through the night, which is huge for me because I usually wake up flipping my pillow constantly. With this one, I don’t have to. The support is what really surprised me though. It molds perfectly to my head and neck without feeling too hard, and I’ve honestly been waking up with way less stiffness. It feels like it keeps everything aligned instead of just letting your head sink. It’s definitely not a fluffy pillow, so if you’re used to super soft ones, it might feel different at first—but after a couple nights, I got used to it and now I wouldn’t go back. Yeah, it’s a little pricey, but it actually feels like something that’s built to last and not go flat in a few months. Overall, if you sleep hot or deal with neck pain, this pillow is 100% worth it. Didn’t think I’d care this much about a pillow, but here we are.
