Q: I have a button on my machine that has a logo of 3 water drops. what is this for?
A: The button with three water drops activates MAX mode, for stuck-on messes on cleaning deep tile grout. In this mode, iFloor 3 Breeze increases water flow to the brush roller.

Q: How is this on tile grout?
A: Terrible. This thing was an expensive waste of money. Leaves streaks, clogs, does not thoroughly clean and mine was defective and Tineco claims to have repaired it and yet it still doesn't run .

Q: How do I tell when my Tineco is fully charged. It has blue light that blinks when it is plugged in. Does not start after an hour.

After approximately 5 minutes of remaining fully charged, the light will turn off completely. This indicates that your device is fully charged. Regarding the issue with the device not starting after an hour: Could you please confirm which of the following scenarios best describes the behavior? When you press the power button, there is no response from the machine, and the display or indicator lights do not turn on. When you press the power button, the display or indicator lights turn on, but the machine does not start unless you tilt it. When you press the power button, the machine operates normally, but the display remains off. When you press the power button, the machine fails to operate correctly, and the display shows an error message. When you press the power button, the machine starts and runs for a while before stopping, displaying an error message during this process.
