Q: I have a button on my machine that has a logo of 3 water drops. what is this for?
A: The button with three water drops activates MAX mode, for stuck-on messes on cleaning deep tile grout. In this mode, iFloor 3 Breeze increases water flow to the brush roller.
submitted byTineco support - 1 year agoBrand expertA: It's better to vacuum first so the hair doesn't clog it up. (Especially if the hair is long).
submitted byRobyn - 11 months agoA: How many roller brushes does this include

Q: How is this on tile grout?
A: Terrible. This thing was an expensive waste of money. Leaves streaks, clogs, does not thoroughly clean and mine was defective and Tineco claims to have repaired it and yet it still doesn't run .
submitted byHeather - 10 months agoA: Thanks for the question, Bailey! Thanks to its powerful suction and fast spinning brush roller, iFloor 3 Breeze can clean most tile grout. For deeper grout lines, try using MAX mode by pressing the button above Power.

Q: Can this be used on AstroTurf?
A: We regret to inform you that we do not recommend using our equipment on AstroTurf. Our devices are designed for optimal performance on flat, even surfaces. Operating them on AstroTurf may reduce the effectiveness of the cleaning process and potentially damage the machine. We suggest considering a more specialized cleaning machine that is specifically designed for use on artificial turf like AstroTurf. This will ensure both efficient cleaning and the longevity of the equipment.

Q: Can any floor cleaner be used with this product?
A: Thanks for your interest in our products. We would like to kindly advise against using any third-party cleaning solutions that are not specifically recommended or approved by Tineco. *These unauthorized cleaning solutions are prone to foam, and a large amount of foam in the water tank may overflow, which could potentially damage the motor, affect the judgment of the sensor, and cause unnecessary damage to your machine. *Even if some cleaning solutions have no foam, they may have different chemical compositions and be highly corrosive, which could potentially bring risks such as corrosion of pipes. *Tineco cleaning solutions are specially formulated to be safe and effective for your machine, providing optimal cleaning results without compromising its functionality or longevity. Our team is here to support you whenever you need it, so please feel free to contact us with any additional questions or concerns.

Q: Which one is better, cordless Or with cord?
A: Thank you for reaching out to us with your question about the Tineco iFloor 3 Breeze. This is an excellent point of clarification, as it’s a common one. To start, it’s important to know that the Tineco iFloor 3 Breeze is a corded vacuum. It is specifically designed for one primary purpose: to deliver deep, consistent cleaning on hard floors without any loss of suction. To help you understand if this is the right machine for you, let’s break down the key pros and cons of its corded design. Key Advantages of the Corded Tineco iFloor 3 Breeze: Unbeatable Suction Power: This is its greatest strength. Because it draws constant power from the wall outlet, the motor runs at full, unyielding strength. It will effortlessly lift away large debris, embedded dirt, and sticky messes that a cordless model might struggle with or even clog on. Infinite Runtime: You have the freedom to clean your entire home—from the main floors to the stairs—without ever having to stop and wait for a battery to recharge. You can clean for as long as it takes to get the job done perfectly, with no “battery anxiety.” Considerations for the Corded Design: The Cord: This is the primary trade-off. Your cleaning area is limited by the length of the power cord (typically around 25-30 feet). You will need to periodically unplug the vacuum and move it to a new power source as you clean different rooms. Less Portable: Due to the cord and its design, it is less convenient for tasks like carrying up and down stairs or for cleaning vehicles. Storage Requirements: You will need adequate storage space for both the vacuum unit and the power cord. In Summary: The Tineco iFloor 3 Breeze (corded) is a powerful and reliable workhorse. If your top priorities are maximum cleaning power and the ability to clean for unlimited time on hard floors, this is an excellent choice. However, if your primary need is for the freedom and portability of a cordless machine, even if it means a slightly shorter runtime and potentially less power on a single charge, then you may want to consider a different model from our cordless range. I hope this detailed breakdown helps you make the best decision for your home. Please feel free to ask if you have any other questions!

Q: I have a problem of hair falling everywhere in the house. Would this be fine, vacuuming all hair and yet mopping without a big mess?
A: Yes, the Tineco iFloor 3 Breeze would be an excellent choice for your situation. It’s essentially a 2-in-1 vacuum and mop that is particularly brilliant at handling hair without creating a big mess. Here’s a breakdown of exactly how it solves the hair problem and allows for seamless vacuuming and mopping: 1. The “No-Tangle” Roller Brush (The Hair Solution) This is the most important feature for you. Unlike traditional vacuums where hair gets hopelessly tangled around the brush roll, the iFloor 3 Breeze uses a special “anti-tangle” roller. How it works: Instead of bristles that grab and wind hair, the roller has a unique, textured surface. As it rolls, hair is lifted and then immediately pushed off the roller and into the dirty water tank. It doesn’t get wrapped around it. The Result: You will not have to stop every 30 seconds to cut hair out of the brush roll. This is a game-changer for pet owners and anyone dealing with long hair. It makes the cleaning process incredibly fast and frustration-free. 2. The 2-in-1 Vacuum & Mop Process (The “No Big Mess” Solution) The Breeze works in a single, continuous pass that prevents the mess you’re worried about. Here’s the step-by-step flow: Vacuum First: As you push the machine forward, powerful suction pulls up all the loose hair, dust, and debris from your floor. This debris is immediately sucked up into the dirty water tank. Mop Second: Right behind the vacuuming action, clean water from the separate clean water tank is released onto the floor, and the motorized roller scrubs it. Simultaneous Suction: As you pull the machine back towards you (or continue in a forward motion), a built-in squeegee strip on the bottom of the machine vacuups up all the dirty mop water, along with any remaining grime, leaving the floor nearly dry. Why this prevents a mess: No Dirty Water Residue: Because the dirty water is vacuumed up after mopping, you don’t end up with a puddle of dirty water drying on your floor. You’re not just pushing dirt around; you’re actively removing it. No Bucket & Mop: You avoid the messy process of dipping a filthy mop into a bucket of clean water, which just re-contaminates it. The Breeze keeps the clean and dirty water completely separate. Summary for Your Hair Problem: Feature How it Solves Your Problem Anti-Tangle Roller Eliminates the frustration of stopping to cut hair wrapped around the brush. Hair is pushed into the dirty water tank instead. 2-in-1 Vacuum & Mop Allows you to vacuum up all the hair first, then mop the floor in the same pass, ensuring no hair is left behind to be smeared around. Separate Tanks Keeps clean and dirty water apart, so you are always mopping with clean water and vacuuming up the dirty water, preventing a bigger mess. Squeegee Suction Vacuums up the dirty mop water after scrubbing, leaving your floors clean, dry, and free of streaks or residue. In short: The Tineco iFloor 3 Breeze is designed to be the ultimate solution for exactly the problem you describe. It will vacuum up all the hair without tangling and then mop the floor effectively, all in one go, without creating the secondary mess that traditional mopping can cause.
