Shoulder flaps could be a little longer Overall a good purchase, the heat is nice on the neck if you have tension there. Like that the heat is adjustable just wish the shoulder part was a little longer.

Saved Me!!! I have re-entered into the Interior Design field in my 60s after a moderate retirement.I have quite long hours at the drafting table so, my neck starts throbbing after some time. I found this to help immensely!Thank you for the great design! Easy/comfortable to wear and it puts the heat right where its needed.

Overall YES for neck and shoulders I had a pinched nerve in my neck. I needed to alternate cold and heat but my flat heating pad wouldnt stay in place. I got this neck/shoulder heating pad to help.Here are the pros:- The heating element is in the neck portion, not just the shoulder/upper back.- It does get hot enough to feel through clothes- Alternatively, you can set it low enough to put directly on your skin- It has timer settings, 30, 60, 90, 120 so you can sleep with it and not worry- It has an on/off physical switch so if the time and temp buttons are accidentally pressed, and you want it off it wont come on.- Long cord. I havent had to use an extension- The connector to the heating pad is at the bottom corner and I usually dont feel it- The material is soft velour- The snap keeps it on my neck and I dont have to hold/adjust- Its also the perfect size/shape for ladies abdomen painsNeutral:- The weights are not really heavy enough to pull down on my shoulders when sitting upright (nothing to lean against). But also the weight also isnt so thick that when I do lean back against a sofa, it isnt annoying. I can imagine it would be hard to design the perfect balance of both weight and comfort.Cons:- The heat settings are numbered 1-6. I would rather have the actual temperature on the controller.

Its not a massager I received this as a gift. The person that got this for me thought it was a massager. The neck part is tight and constraining around the throat and the heat unless you have it firmly pressed against the back of your neck it you dont feel it. Or you have to turn up the heat where it was so uncomfortable to relax. I am a very tiny person so I really dont think that I should be having a choking feeling with it. Over all Im happy, just for the upper shoulder area.

Works great, but seems big I love that it plugs up as I've only ever had microwavable neck wraps before. This was a gift from my husband for Mother's Day, and I have enjoyed it so far. It is very large compared to what I'm used to and it seems bulky. I would try to find a smaller size if I were to order another one. Overall, works great and as described.

Best friend liked this gift My BFF has bone spurs in her neck. She also runs an office that deals with absolute pain in the neck humans on the regular. She said it works good and is comfortable. I also gave her a case of beer and some bottles of wine, which she says help even more. So the combo of this nice heating pad and booze are def the way to go.

Neck and Shoulder Pain Relief I love this. I have had neck injuries and this gives me fantastic relief. Wish I had known about it sooner.

Not very heavy, but still nice I got this because I thought it would be weightier. Its good, soft, well made. Just kinda light weight. It did make my shoulders get warmed up. Felt good.

Bought as a gift I purchased this for my hubby who began using it right away. He likes that it fits around his neck & shoulders, the timer is helpful, it works great.

Great material and fits well. This is so great and it lats very well in the neck are.

Gets very warm I bought this to help my neck since I've been having problems with pain. I wish the shoulder area was a little heavier so it would put more weight on them. I had it on medium and it got really hot so I wouldn't recommend the high setting. Overall it helps my shoulder and neck pain.

The best! My chiropractor recommended this and it just perfect! I like that you can adjust the heat and temp. Giving it 4 stars because I have to adjust it as it does not hold the position well.

Nice Size & Heating, But Not Weighted The size of this pad is perfect, and it heats up nicely. However, it is not really weighted... all the weight is in the edging. This does not make for a weighted feel, and the edging is a bit uncomfortable to lean against when using the pad in a chair.

Love, but short lived I have chronic neck pain and it is perfect, but didnt last past a couple of months.

It's a great product and the neck portion is heated, it not just there for show! I am small, but it still gets the job very well done. I just received it today 2/8/24, and I started to use it as soon as I got home. Super soft, snaps in the front so you could possibly walk around if you had. an extension cord. The timer options are great, I have only used it at level 3 for 30 minutes, but it shuts off on time. The neck cuff is heated, and I didn't realize that until I started writing this review. So far what an excellent deal. This is moist heat and dry heat according to description, and I am dealing with pain that needs mostly moist heat, and I can tell the difference. Excellent ... so far! 1

Helps a little The heating pad is good. Doesn't really stay on my shoulders well so I have to constantly adjust it. It does have a timer and good heat adjustments so that is good.

Heat when you need it Nice soft heating pad for shoulders/neck. It has different zones for heat and timers for automatic shut-off. Works fine and is serviceable. To me, it doesn't really get that hot, which is probably better than the other direction, where it would be scalding or risk burns. But it gets decently warm. It could use a longer cord. Otherwise, you are stuck plugging it into an extension cord if you want to use it watching TV or reading in bed or whatever you are doing. 1
