The steam mop works as expected. I had an issue with it right out of the box and the machine not priming the water into the system. I left the water tank sit in it overnight and it finally primed and has worked great ever since.

This steam mop is super easy to use and heats up in seconds! I love the convenience of a lightweight mop for quick cleanups where I don’t have to drag out the heavy steam cleaner. The pad is attached with velcro so I simply remove and throw in washer. Couldn’t be easier!

Every time that I use my True & Tidy Steam Mop, the floors in my house look amazing and smell so clean and fresh! It is lightweight, really simple to use and my floors look gorgeous and smell so clean after I use it. The pads are washable, too which I love- no disposables to have to buy or landfill waste!

I absolutely love my steam mop! It has a extra long cord. It heats up fast. The swivel head allows you to get into all of the tight areas. My favorite feature is the carpet steamer. This is a natural way of cleaning your floors with no harsh chemicals!! Get yourself one today!

I believe it works alright but there are a few things I'd change. There are Velcro strips that hold on the pad, where those strips set is where the dirt gets picked up the most... I feel it would be more productive if the whole pad picked up dirt as well. This makes it take longer to get a good clean.

It worked great until recently. Now the water tank falls off and puts out way too much water on the floor. It still heats up good. I like that the temperature can be adjusted. But not worth the money for 6 months of use.

I was amazed at the dirt that it removed after i mopped. Now I just use my steam mop. My floors are so much cleaner and look almost new. A truley clean floor makes me feel much better about my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never used a steam mop before, so I was curious about the efficiency. Packing was very cheap, and material is very plastic and cheap. The spring for the handle fell inside the the handle and I had to unscrew 8 pieces to fix it so it would attach to the unit. Overall, dirt only showed up on small areas of the mop, meaning the mop pad was not absorbing dirt everywhere like it should have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this steam mop a few days ago. Easy to assemble, clear directions. Used it today on vinyl floors. Pads are washable, huge plus! The water gets nice and hot. The triangle shape goes great getting into corners. If you have some messes that need a bit more than steam, spraying a bit of cleaner would be the way to go, plus that leaves a nice clean smell.

Just fill it with water, adjust the dial to desired steam output and you’re ready to go! Love that it heats up quickly and cleans/sanitizes my floors perfectly. The triangular head shape allows for cleaning corners well. Mop pad not as thick as expected but works fine. I’m very happy with how easy it is to use. Great product and definitely would recommend!
