Mic doesnt mute, constantly have to adjust the volume so it stops glitching out. Customer service doesnt respond in time either. Not at all worth the money

Mildly disappointed
I have used this exact model of headset for 6-8 years. Never had an issue with it. Just bought a new one and it seems to have a slightly worse build quality for whatever reason. Still works perfectly fine

You get what you pay for
Good headphones for the price but you get what you pay for. They work well, they are pretty comfortable, the speakers and mic are decent. My main issue is that the mic picks up sound from the headphones. I'm sure this is pretty normal with headsets though.

I bought the recon controller
I bought the recon controller and headset combo for my Xbox and both work really well. I haven't run into any issue at all. It was a very simple plug and play.

pass on these
Bought two pairs of these one from Walmart was for bedroom and one from the factory for game room. BOTH have issues with the plug where the sound cuts out in one ear, tried different controllers on each but both are still broken . Be warned pass on these
