Active ingredients

Purpose

Purpose: Pain Reliever, Pain Reliever Aid.

Uses

Temporarily relieves minor aches and pains due to: headache; muscular aches.

Ask a doctor before use if

Ask a doctor before use if you have liver disease.

Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if

Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking the blood thinning drug warfarin.

Stop use and ask a doctor if

new symptoms appear, symptoms do not get better or worsen, painful area is red or swollen, pain gets worse or lasts for more than 10 days, fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days (These could be signs of a serious condition).

Pregnancy/breast-feeding warning

If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.

Liver warning

This product contains acetaminophen. Severe liver damage may occur if you take: more than 8 caplets in 24 hours, which is the maximum daily amount, with other drugs containing acetaminophen, 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product.

Directions

Retain carton for complete product information. Do not use more than directed (see overdose warning).

Adults and Children 12 Years and Over:

Take 2 caplets every 6 hours. Do not take more than 8 caplets in 24 hours.

Children Under 12 Years;

Do not use this adult product in children under 12 years of age; this will provide more than the recommended dose (overdose) and may cause liver damage.

Store at 77 degrees F (25 degrees C); excursions permitted between 59-86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C). See end flap for expiration date.

  • A: Caffeine is added to this product to quicken and improve the effectiveness of the acetaminophen. However, if caffeine was already the trigger for you current headache, then I wouldn't suggest it.

    Bye Bye Target....

    Of course it makes total sense, discontinue a product that works well, is highly popular and for once, affordable. Your customers just LOVE when you do that. The “grocery part” is a bust, the store designs are aweful and now they are discontinuing products that people actually need. This store does not understand their consumer and that is why I no longer shop it.

    Target's brand, up&up of Excedrin Tension Relief is the best! And at such a great price. It is unfortunate for those of us who have come to rely on it and its low price that it is being discontinued. It just never fails, when I find a really good product at a really good price, BAM! The company pulls it out from under me. I don't understand why Target is discontinuing this product? I guess I'll go elsewhere.

    Best at relieving neck pain and headaches

    I took Tylenol for my neck and migraine, but it didn’t help as much when I took it before. Now that I came across this, it relieved my pain within 10 mins. Would buy again.

    You wont regret it

    I been suffering from headaches everyday for the last two weeks. My brain MRI is coming back good so nothing terrible is going on but anyway the ER did prescribe a medication for a couple days but I wanted to find something over the counter and omg I’m so glad I listened to these reviews it works!!!! I took 2 and about an. Hour later I noticed it was gone. Definitely buy!

    ****BUY THIS NOW*** I had a migraine for the last 7 days, I get cluster headaches. I have taken everything including prescription medicine.
