Q: I have one of these and two cameras. Can I buy another with two cameras and have all four cameras on both monitors?
A: Hi - The VTech RM5766HD-2 is a non-expandable baby monitor. The system will only work with the devices it came with. You can use 2 sets of this unit but they will not communicate to each other. Thank you, -VTech Support

Q: My display broke but my cameras work perfect. Can I replace just the monitor part or do I need to buy a whole new system?

Q: are the cameras battery operated or do they have to be plugged into an outlet to work?

Q: My parent unit has stopped working and won’t respond to either camera. I am in range and I’ve tried shutting off and on. Thinking it’s the battery inside unit. What battery can I buy to replace this?
