I really love this unit. The mobile app is awesome (if you have wifi) to give you a long range to see and hear the kiddos. Love the pan and tilt. Everything about it is great, but at 1.5 years the parent unit stopped working. Customer support basically said if it no longer resets here is 15% off to buy a new one. Super bummer.

This camera is amazing! Ive had it for about a year. Has great quality for day and night time and I get notified with all movement and temperatures. The hand held monitor is amazing to. I love that I can watch my babies while im at work regardless how far away I am. Can hear all noises with this as well. Now speaking thru it is harder to hear if there is background noise but other then that's its awesome. Has a night light and white noises in with this. Definitely worth my money.

Screen stopped working after just over a year. No drops or anything. One day it worked and the next day it didn't. VTech wouldn't honor a replacement when this is clearly a defect in the unit.

Disappointed

This camera was great - until it wasn't 🙃. It was easy setup, could turn down the volume to an appropriate level, brightness wasn't too bad in a dark room. Then after about a year - completely turned junk. Would shut off during the night, constantly losing battery..it would charge all night if I take it off charger for more than an hour it's dead. For the price of this monitor I expected more than a year out of it. Also, this is my second vtech monitor because my first one also broke at a year! Needless to say I won't be choosing a vtech product again.

Love that it has night vision and that you’re able to move the camera around 360. You can watch it on the monitor and on your phone. It detects sound and movement and can also notify you. Honestly recommend this product!

Great product until antena fell off

I bought this as a gift for my new great grandson baby shower. I bought it early before he was born along with many other items. After he was born We used it and loved how this sound machine worked but sadly the antenna fell off and I can't hear the sound very good now. I have always been a huge V Tech fan and usually look to them for any baby electronics. I don't feel this held up as well as it should because the antenna should not have fallen off like it did. I'd like to talk to someone V Tech regarding this product. I'd purchase another one just like it because we love this one but I cannot fix it.

Nice features but will loose connection often. After a year it couldn't stay connected for a while night and after 1.5 years it can't connect at all even from only a few feet away.

I had this monitor for the past 3.5 years and it has been nothing but headaches. It is constantly struggling to connect. About six months ago it completely stopped connecting to the WiFi so our only option was direct. Then this week the direct connect stopped working so I can't use it at all. Over the years I have not been impressed with it and I highly recommend you purchase something else. Another thing to note is if it gets placed under a pillow and left there, on but not even plugged in it gets very hot and can potentially burn someone.

Solid baby cam. Sounds and light ares a nice feature as well as night vision. The option to use wifi or not is nice as well as the phone app that has all the same controls as the monitor. Only downside is ours seem to lose connection fairly easy through one wall though.

Video quality is poor. Zoom makes it worse. We’ve had this for 12.5 months and today both cameras just died, stopped working. Because we’re over the 1 year they can’t help us. I recommend spending the money on a better product

Junk! I have a single v tech monitor that I loved, but this is junk!!! The picture is completely dark after seconds. Have to move camera to get it to light up in night vision. Terrible. App is great, and camera isn’t bad when it is daylight… reached out to customer service and they basically told me I don’t know how to use a simple baby monitor.

I like everything aside from the parent unit just up and decided to stop connecting to the cameras. Thankfully the cameras are connected to wifi and I can still use them through my phone. I will say it was a great product for about 2.5 years

Do not buy this monitor. It never stays connected, it doesn’t play the sound on both cameras at the same time unless it’s flipping back and forth and the image quality isn’t always great. We bought this after seeing majority of positive reviews. Initially we thought it was our routing but even after switching providers it still sucked. We are now on the hunt for a 3rd baby monitor system

Only had it for a day so far but I like it. It was easy to set up and hook up. The app works great and the quality is amazing! Will update it if it were to change and start going downhill. The pictures are phone and camera view.
