I’ve never had a bad experience with Vizio in 20 years until now. My 65in 4k tv will randomly restart on its own multiple times per day. I’ve updated it, reset it, tried everything I can on my end to fix it, to no avail. Vizio needs to get back to making quality products.

I purchased this about a month ago when my old set went bad. The product was delivered in under 24 hours. Once we set it up it worked great.. Vizio offered assistance several times but it was not needed. so glad we purchased it. unfortunately I have to share the remote with my wife.

Every day I think I’ll never get the tv on. Box was thrown out can’t return it. I replaced an old dead Vizio with this new one. It also had the Vizio surround sound system that I love. It just won’t stay on the input selected. It takes several tries to reset it before it finally turns on. What’s wrong with this tv? It had a software update when I installed it. I’m not happy with this situation and feel stuck with this now.

Very nice TV but the only issue is the antenna tuner does not work when connected to the internet. I reset the tv to factory and the tuner works great, but once connected to the internet, it stops working. If you are just steaming this is a great tv but until they fix their tuner issue, dont recommend for both.

Low quality picture, people have blue spots on their lips and yellow blotches on their faces. Very blurry. Sound is like a tin can. Netflix won’t load without having a Firestick connection.

First vizio product I've ever bought, probably the last. I love to customize my things; With Vizio this is not possible. You only have the ability to select apps vizio let's you. Crunchyroll? Nope! Music streaming apps? Nope! Lol, iheart radio? Who listens to that anymore, but it's on the TV, and the remote. You also can't delete apps they have, for a "smart" TV it's incredibly limited. But, the TV works fine, the picture is good, so far no issues.
