This is my 2nd time
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd time replacing the gel ice pack. It keeps cracking open. I only leave it in the freezer for 8 hours max! I wish it would last longer, I’ve only had it for a month.

I received this ice pack
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this ice pack to replace my 2 original ice packs that cracked. I’ve had it for almost 3 weeks and it’s cracked again. I love my willow cooler but this ice pack continues to crack when I put it in the freezer. It seems like they need to figure out how to make this product without the continued cracks that happen.
