Inconvienent/ poorly shipped by Target
The rating is for target not the product. Don't have this product shipped if you want to deal with a headache and/or an inconvenience. It was shipped in an over sized box with nothing to keep it from shifting. The cap cracked and the contents spilled out wasting a good amount of detergent. Targets idea of helping with the issue requires you to return or send it back either for a replacement or refund which defeats the purpose of having it delivered. Other wise product is wonderful and works I've been using it for years, just don't ship it from target.

The only store that has this size Woolite at a good price. I have seen the other size which is a smaller bottle at this price elsewhere which is ridiculous. I’m sorry but I’m not paying this price for a smaller quantity of product. That’s why I continue to get Woolite as well as other laundry needs from here because you get a great size for a reasonable price. Woolite overall is great for my work clothing and sweaters, great product.

Damaged online order
This item was damaged and leaking inside and outside of the box. The email wants me to mail bake the leaky bottle along with the velvet hangers that are covered with soap. Then I called customer service and they suggested that same ridiculous thing. Please just credit my credit card for the damaged items.

Completely discouraged and disgusted with Target's delivery people.
This is not about the product, this is a rating of Target. I have called, I have it in my preferences, and I have a sign on the front steps that all deliveries are we made to the side porch on my house. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and I cannot go around the front to get it and I have someone else living below me. Target’s delivery people never ever ever follow these directions and they always leave the packages in the front right above the sign, asking them to leave it in the side. I am so disgusted with Target at this point.

I love this product but it was packaged in a box with the other 10 items, upside down, and it leaked!! please be more careful in packaging as it did not need to be squeezed in so it should have been placed in the box right side up!!
