ZWILLING Pro 6-inch Utility Knife

This is the perfect utility knife - balance, length, weight. I use it daily…… Zwilling Professional series knives are the best for people who love to cook ( or prep for others cooking).

It is a reasonable size, sharp and easy to use. This is my 3rd zwilling knife and a good addition to the collection. They are well built and long lasting.

This is a great knife, it’s incredibly sharp. It’s my favorite knife.

I have been using Zwilling knives for over 40 years and over that time I now have acquired quite a nice collection ranging from the paring knife to the cleaver. Every one of them is a joy to use with their perfect balance, keen edges, and durability. This 6 inch Utility Knife is my latest acquisition and it doesn't disappoint. From the customer service prior to buying it, to the few weeks I've been using it, the whole experience has been excellent. All companies should strive for the excellence in customer care and product quality that Zwilling has achieved and maintained over the four decades in which I have been using their products. There is one very, very, small nit to pick. This knife doesn't sit in my wooden block as well as the others due to the design of the base (it's thicker at that point than the Pro S), and perhaps I should have stayed with the Pro S offerings, but this one looked so sleek, I just couldn't resist. It's beautiful and its a joy to use. Looking forward to using it for the next 40 years!

Love this Pro 6" utility knife. Perfect for those in between kitchen jobs, where a Chef's knife is too large, and a paring knife is too small. Extremely versatile, can use to slice, carve, mince, chop, and remove skin from meats and poultry. The Zwilling special formula steel is durable, and makes for a sharp blade that holds it's edge and is easy to maintain. The one piece construction and full tang also helps make this knife extremely durable and offers the qualities I look for in my kitchen knives.

I use this knife more than I thought I would. It is great for slicing cheese, cooked meats and sandwiches. The slim blade profile gives nice thin slices. The forged German steel and construction gives a strong sharp blade that stays sharp for a long time and is easy to maintain. The curved bolster is very comfortable to hold and encourages the proper holding of the knife. This makes it an extension of my arm and I get straighter more accurate slices naturally.

I love the "Pro" line of knives because they are so unique in design and you can really tell how much thought was put into every detail. The handle is so comfortable, both in shape and the material it's made of. The blade is so sharp and stays sharp for a long time. There is a curve in the metal where the blade meets the handle that makes it very comfortable for fingers to rest.

Zwilling's own centuries-old German stainless steel formula paired with angled bolster and curved blade make this utility usable by all cutting/holding techniques. Tough as nails 3-rivet handle as well.

A nice knife for medium jobs. High quality german steel and a mid sized length allow for great flexibility. A similar knife that should also be considered is the 5.5" prep knife as it offers additional knuckle clearance.

I love that with this knife I can use the full blade because of the curved bolster. It also has a slight curve so I can use it as a rocking motion too. I use this for slicing, dicing, chopping, carving, peeling, etc. Perfect for light to medium kitchen tasks.

This six inch utility knife is an excellent choice for many cutting tasks but it is my favorite go-to for mincing and small dicing. I feel like it has more control over the smaller mincing piles than my larger knives yet it still has the reach I need for the task. Pro series knives have some features that make them top of the line favorites...among those are the curved bolster for a comfortable pinch grip for your thumb and forefinger, perfect weighting of each knife and incredibly hard steel that is corrosion resistant and retains a razor sharp edge use after use.

This knife does it all in the kitchen. It is made from German Special Formula Steel and forged from one piece of steel so durable for a lifetime. The bolster is curved and perfect to hold with pinch grip. My daughter uses this knife as her go to knife, it is smaller than an 8" chef but acts like one.

Super knife from the Pro series; the 6" utility is a great all-around for so many tasks! The newer, updated bolster gives more comfort and support and the ice-hardened blade is super durable and sharp. Have it for years and find it will not rust or chip.
