Most lip liners are offered in matte and natural finishes, and some formulations also come in a satin finish.

Lip liners are commonly sold as traditional pencils and twist-up/stick liners. Applicator options include built-in blending brushes, double-ended or duo formats, and—for peel-off stains—a peel-and-reveal application.

Peel-off lip liner stains produce a tattoo-like, long-lasting color with a natural matte finish. They’re applied, left to set, then peeled away to reveal the lasting stain beneath.

The sizes shown include 0.06 ounces, 0.10 ounces, and 1.0 gram.

Some liners come in tins with a mirror and pencil sharpener; others include built-in blending brushes or double-ended designs with two functions in one product.

Apply by gliding the liner along the natural lip line from the cupid’s bow outward, then use the built-in blending brush to soften and diffuse the edges for a seamless finish.
