Find a car seat for any path
Rear-Facing Infant Car Seats Up to at least 1 year 4–40 lbs. and up to 35 in.*
Lightweight and designed with baby’s size in mind, the carrier detaches from the base making it easy to take baby on the go. Adding a stay-in-car base makes it simpler to move between cars. Many models connect to strollers to create travel systems.
Convertible Car Seats Up to at least 4 years 4–65 lbs. and up to 50 in.*
Two seats in one. Offers flexibility as your child grows but is less portable than rear-facing infant car seats. Converts from rear-facing to forward-facing harnessed booster seat as child grows. Children are safer riding rear-facing and should ride rear-facing as long as possible, until they reach the maximum rear-facing height or weight rating for their car seat.
“Easy to install and I like that the inserts are removable to wash without having to remove the entire car seat.”
“With this seat [my son] is comfy and able to grow without costing my pocket as much.”
“We LOVE our car seat! We will stick with Graco when he grows out of it because we love this seat so much.”
Car seat expiration & history
Expiration dates can range anywhere from 6 to 10 years or more. Because you need to know when it’s time for a replacement, Graco stamps an expiration into the bottom of each car seat. Be sure to know the full history of any seat your family uses, including second-hand seats.
- *Be sure to check your local and state laws in addition to the AAP and NHTSA regarding seat usage.
