    Superb Product

    My solution for gut issues. I have Celiac Disease & follow a gluten-free diet, but I still had gut issues. This solved the problem.

    Good for degrading histamine

    I have MCAS which comes with a lot of uncomfortable and sometimes even dangerous GI symptoms. Two of my doctors recommended I try lactobacillus rhamnosus, so I tried this specific one and it's worked great! I find myself less reactive to foods, my stools aren't as loose, and I've had a good experience with Swanson overall.

    Probiotics bacteria cooling

    The Lactobacillus Rhamnosus with FOS has a recommendation of keeping the product in refrigeration written on label. My concern if the refrigeration is recommended so how it was shipped without ice packs to keep it cool until delivered? Second, I received the whole package that included other probiotics without any kind of cooling packs. Doesn't these live bacteria dies in warm conditions? Wish to have clarification information. Thanks,

    Eliminates Fungus

    This is an effective, safe and painless external treatment for athlete's foot fungus. Just add capsule contents to a little water and apply. Throw your old socks away unless you want to soak them in this probiotic.

    Great Single Strain Probiotic

    I buy this strain to add to another one which I use to make my own probiotic yoghurt. If you are interested in doing this see the Dr. Myhill website in the uk. I am not allowed to say why I use this strain as Swanson seemed to be a bit confused about claims made by the company and reviewers opinions. But if you Google it, or check out Dr. Myhill's website, you can see what the benefits are.

    L Rhamnosus

    I think the product would have worked better if it hadn't sat out in my street mailbox for several hours in 110 degree heat. I love the prices here, but wish shipping were free.
