Time will tell after another blood test.

Ferrous Fumerate- the Real Thing

Ferrous fumerate is the most readily available form of iron for the body. It cures anemia if used daily for 6 mos or more. Ferrous sulphate, given by Rx for women, is worthless. It's from iron shavings, & can be moved around with a magnet. The body can't use it & it's quickly passed through the system. This iron product is the real thing. Works great!

My primary doctor detected a few years ago that I had become an on-going anemic and she recommended taking 18 mg of Iron 3 x day. A friend suggested taking only Ferrous Fumarate because it does not contribute to constipation. She also said I should take Vitamin C to make sure the Iron was absorbed. The doctor concurred. We have ordered your products for a number of years so it was only natural to order this one, too. I'm happy to say Swanson's 18 mg Iron Ferrous Fumarate has kept my anemia at bay with no unwanted side effects. However, since it has not been available for a few months and there has been no word from Swanson when a supply is expected, I have no alternative but to look elsewhere.

It Did The Trick

I had some health issues which on-line research said could be the result of low iron. I took one Swanson Iron Ferrous Fumarate 18 mg capsule daily and between one and two weeks later the symptoms went away. I'm one of those people that take supplements and oftentimes don't feel I see results. This time I definitely did! I must say this must be a good iron capsule. Thank you Swanson!

Swanson's Iron Ferrous Fumarate

Best iron pill out there! I eat less meat these days, so I don't get a lot of iron, and my multi-vatimin is without iron. I take one of these erery other day, with a meal, just to get the added iron that I need. Very small cap, easy to take, and the price can't be beat.

Best Iron Supplement

These are the best iron supplements especially if you have a sensitive stomach since they are easy on the digestive system. I have tried other iron supplements with bad results.

Great Product!
