This vitamin worked well at giving me nutrients. The biggest downside is that it makes you feel nauseous if you don’t eat before taking it. It’s pretty affordable. The packaging is durable.

I like these, I’m on my 4th big jar or so. But I just opened a new 200 tablet bottle…and it’s only like half full!! What a huge WASTE of plastic (a material that is way over-polluting our environment and may potentially cause cancer). Talk about duping the customer. And wasting money to do it. A jar half this size would cost way less! I’ll find another daily vitamin brand.

On A Day Women's formula 50 plus is my favorite supplement. It has all of the vitamins and minerals that my body needs to keep it healthy and happy. It's very easy to take, and I only need to take it once in the morning after I have my breakfast. I rely and Trust in this supplement and have done so for many many years.

I love women’s one a day vitamins! I’ve used these for years and never had an issue. Some vitamins can upset your stomach but I’ve got zero complaints. The tablet is easy to swallow and doesn’t have a gross aftertaste like some can. Love the variety in bottle sizes available so you can get the best bang for your buck too. Get these and add them to your daily routine, they won’t disappoint with their balanced nutritional combinations

I took one of these multivitamins and about 10-15 min later a wave of nausea came over me and I barely made it to the toilet in time to puke my entire coffee up. After doing some research I have found that these vitamins in particular make a lot of people sick, possibly due to the iron or zinc, more likely due to a cheap bonding agent being used.
