    Help

    this is my first time trying natrol gummies, but when i opened it and checked the gummies theres alot of weird brown string clinging to the gummies. Idk what it was? Is this normal?

    Please go back to having the tablets

    My teen has taken this formula for years, on the advice of his specialist. Loves the product, but despises gummies. Not everyone likes chewy items prior to bedtime. The pill formula was excellent! Would recommend, but hope you’ll go back to the original product format.

    Hate the new formulation

    First and foremost, these are amazing! They really work and I have tried everything for sleep, including prescriptions. I’m asleep in less than an hour after taking these. I loved the texture and taste of the original sleep+calm gummies. They recently changed the formulation and I really dislike it. I was pretty disappointed when I bought a new bottle and saw that this happened. I would have given the old gummies a 5 star rating but these new ones just aren’t as good.

    Bring back Sleep + Calm fast dissolve

    I loved the fast dissolve version of Sleep + Calm. Don’t want the added sugar and like to take the fast dissolve right before bed after I’ve already brushed my teeth. Pls bring these back!

    New formula is awful!

    I have loved these for years, but I can’t stomach the new formula. They are heavy on lemon, which is not good for my reflux at bedtime, and very little strawberry flavor. The lemon sticks are out for way too long. They are smaller and the texture is different as well. You should have warned people the formula was changing!

    They changed and now they don’t work

    I’ve been using these for at least the past two years and they used to work so well! I was finally able to get good quality sleep, and return to sleep easily when interrupted. The last ones I bought had a different flavor and texture and they no longer work like they used to. I can’t tolerate the new taste and texture-it’s horrible. The gummies came in a solid block in the container so I had to pull them apart (and they don’t pull apart easily so I ended up with fragments of some of them). And now I wake up all through the night, and have great difficulty falling back asleep. It’s a sad shame. I have to find a new brand of sleep aid now. Why didn’t you just leave them alone?

    They Changed the Flavor- Now They're Terrible

    My family & I have been taking these for several years. We've really loved them! But suddenly the flavor, size, and texture has changed. They are horrible tasting. I bought 3 bottles, and all of the gummies are stuck together in a large clump in each of the bottles. It's like they are melted together, and I had to pull the gummies apart to separate them. The packaging looks the same, but the gummies are definitely not! I will now need to find a different melatonin gummy for my family because the three of us do not like the new flavor and texture at all. We're so disappointed!! PLEASE bring back the original flavor &texture!

    Changed the taste

    I've been taking these for a couple years. My latest bottle has a new design but doesn't say it tastes different. But it does. They're awful. And don't even warn people.

    Great ingredients but WHAT a waste of plastic

    I really like these and I love that they include other ingredients besides melatonin. But WHY WHY WHY does it need to be less than half filled in the largest plastic container? As someone who takes this daily you will literally be buying this giant plastic container once a month. Please make a bulk buying option with less plastic or fill these more!! I am thinking of not buying this brand anymore due to how much plastic I’d be wasting every month.

We are continuously researching and working on ways to improve our packaging. We make over 250 products and try to use the same size bottle for several products rather than buying smaller bottles just to fit a few products. All of our bottles and caps are recyclable and BPA free. We know more work needs to be done and appreciate your feedback and interest in our brand.

    Great product

    A good nights rest

    From Gummies to Goodnight!

I have tried a few different things for sleep and some make me feel tired the next morning. These didn’t. The flavor is good too. They taste like gummies. I like that they don’t have any artificial dyes or colors and it’s free of melatonin so you won’t have that drowsy feeling the next day.
