It didn't have a taste which I prefer when taking pills of any kind. And it was great packaging, nothing to complain about there. It makes you go several times throughout the day. Personally I take it at bed time so that it kicks in the next day. I love that the ingredients aren’t terrible for you and that you don’t have to taste it. I will keep using this.

They kinda have an earthy tea smell to them, so it's not an unpleasant smell hitting you in the face like some supplements. The capsules are just under an inch, definitely smaller than a lot of fish oils. Directions are pretty clear and easy to follow. Lot numbers and expiration dates are easy to find and read. As with all medications and supplements, each person will respond differently and should speak with their medical team before using.
