[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the QN55QN80FAFXZA for a little while now, and it’s been a really nice upgrade. The picture is sharp, colors are vivid without looking fake, and the TV gets bright enough that glare during the day isn’t really an issue. Motion looks smooth for sports and movies, and even older shows look cleaner than I expected thanks to the upscaling. Setup was straightforward, the menus are pretty easy to figure out, and the built‑in apps load quickly. Overall, it feels like a solid mid‑to‑high tier TV that delivers a premium look without feeling overcomplicated.

Excellent picture even in a bright sunroom
Happy with the new Neo which I use in my sunroom. Disappointed with the location of the microphone switch. It should come from the factory turned off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture and good resolution brightness is just perfect I didn't think I would be so amazed with the qualiti but I am very pleased the only downside to it and thats why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because it has two dead pixels but it is very minimal to see it you have to get really close I have it as energy savings mode so the contrast is lower, it does have an overall good vivrancy..

Exceptional TV

I can see the close caption script and all the apps script so well, clarity so much better. Especially great to watch movies on the new TV. It has really improved my viewing pleasure.

Image not as great as expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brightness, Contrast, Resolution, Vibrancy is not what I was expecting for this tv. I thought image would be better. Maybe I don’t have the correct settings but with AI or Soccer or Dynamic view people faces are either too yellow or red or blurry.

That creates a bright room in the daytime but the NEO QLED adjust so that we have clear video with no glare. Vibrant colors and sharp resolution makes this the perfect TV for this room

The quality, resolution, vibrancy and so incredible as well especially at darker tikes in the day. I am so in love with my TV because it's my first high end TV I've had and now I can't go back to anything that isn't similar. FULL SPECTRUM EXPERIENCE
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install. I suggest to leave on a console for sitting eye level experience. Brightness and contrast are spectacular. Very good for movie and sports viewing and is viewable at all angles. Very good room light rejection.
