    Myofascial pain

    I am a physical therapist and had a patient who needed to treat his myofascial restriction at home. I gave him this and taught his wife how to use it. He was very happy and his wife was happy to help.

    Not worth it

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like this body wash tool, but unfortunately it did not work well for me. It feels too harsh on the skin, especially if you have sensitive skin. After using it a few times, my skin felt irritated and uncomfortable, not soft like I expected. It also doesn’t lather well with body wash, so I ended up using more product than usual. The handle feels cheap and slippery when wet, which makes it hard to use in the shower.

    A larger tool to assist with myofascial release

It’s made of plastic, so it doesn’t feel as luxe, which is why I gave it 4 stars. That said, it’s lightweight, easy to grip, and the larger surface area makes it great for covering more skin quickly.     Consistency is key

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is phenomenal. I didn't have high hopes for it. Since it's made of a cheap plastic. The edge of mine even has a chip in it from manufacturing, which is not great. However, it gets the job done. Use it with a body safe oil. I use Castor oil, especially for my legs. I even flip it over and use the round part on my stomach works like a dream. I use it 4 to 5 times a week. Consistency is key no more than 10 minutes. You don't need to push down hard or you will bruise? I did the first time I tried it, but when you start looking up how to use these tools, it's highly recommended

The tool itself feels sturdy, smooth, and easy to hold thanks to the handle cutout. I’ve been using it for lymphatic drainage and muscle tension, and it definitely helps with circulation and leaves me feeling less tight. It’s also surprisingly relaxing to use after a workout or before bed. Overall, a great self-care tool to add to my routine. The packaging was good. There is no scent.

    Perfect for legs

Other than that it’s thick and durable and will last years. I do wish it had an instruction sheet or even a couple images on the box of steps for how to use on face. You are kind of on your own for researching best practices.

    Great for muscle recovery

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We all know and love a gua sha lymphatic draining routine to sculpt the face, but for the body?? I’m obsessed! This tool feels so great after a workout and warm shower. I apply my lotion and castor oil then massage out any sore areas and this feels amazing. I find it does help with muscle relief so been adding into my self care routine in the evenings. The shape of the tool works perfect for the body.

    Use it as you should and you’re golden

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before and after pics here. Does this work? Yes it does. You must use lotion with it. It actually feels very nice and calming to use. It smooths my skin and helps circulation. However it is a temporary effect. I mean it probably helps over time but its physical effects seem to be temporary. I still give it 5 stars.

    Easy to hold

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this free from influenster to review - that being said I’ve been a long time lover of using Gua Sha techniques on my face, but have never branched out into the body ones. Based off the feel I believe this one is a see through / sheer thick plastic-y material instead of the stone / crystal ones I’m used to. But it is really smooth and no sharp edges to be found so it’s definitely well made. Add some oil or slippy lotion and it makes for an amazing almost massage like experience! The hole in the middle used for handle is nice and big and doesn’t slip out of my hand easily so that’s a plus.
