Very happy with this product. Flavorless, blends well into my coffee and easy to take daily. I have added more strength training to my workouts and it seems to be helping. Very convenient to take in powder form. It would work in shakes as well.

I Love using the Swanson Collagen Peptides. I add it to my yogurt every morning. It’s tasteless and blends perfectly. The biggest difference I’ve seen so far is my nails. They are strong and no longer break, and for the first time in a long time, they are growing without the slightest help from nail treatments! I have to think that it helps with keeping my hair healthy also. I have naturally gray, silver hair, and I constantly get compliments on how healthy and shiny it looks! I feel confident in Highly recommending it. Oh, and the price can’t be beat!

Mixes easily into beverage. I like the bigger scoop. It has no taste. It has 18 grams of protein in one scoop. I like that! I really can't say I have had any noticeable results, but I think it is helpful to use.

I've been using Swanson products for over a decade. Recently, a friend recommended trying Collagen Peptides to improve skin hydration, thicker nails, and fuller hair. I've only been using the product for a month (1-container), but I've already seen improvements to the thickness of my nails. As I don't drink coffee and am concerned about loosing nutritional value through heating the product, I use the Collagen Peptides in flavored, cold drinks. The Collagen Peptides do not mix very well (clumpy) in cold drinks, so I use a 32oz bottle to make a quadruple batch and have the bottle marked at 8oz intervals. This way I can shake the bottle well and give the Collagen Peptides time to hydrolyze. There is a slight broth flavor, so I add it to my favorite pineapple, orange drink. Similar to when I began using pineapple, as an anti-inflammatory, I have found that Collagen Peptides go right through me (loose stool). It has taken a month, but I think my body is finally beginning to get used to the Collagen Peptides (normal stool). In all... I feel Collagen Peptides are providing a benefit (thicker nails) and hope to provide more informative feedback in six months with continued, consistent use. I'll update you then. Cheers!

i have only recently started taking it so not sure if anything is different from using it. in fact not sure what kind of difference its supposed to make but i will continue taking it. quality is good. i reviewed it before i bought it.

I am a regular customer of Swanson's products for decades! I LOVE this product! Great ingredients, so healthful and easy to add to many things! I put in tea, and cocoa and also use in low carb baking as part of a flour alternative mix. Love how it easily disolves, and without flavor so it can be added to anything! I wait for good sales, and routinely keep my pantry stocked that way! Thank you Swanson's!
