A must for bodybuilders

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my husband to try, as he is an avid lifter and wanted to keep up on his aminos. He says it's excellent for recovery and muscle soreness, especially when he takes the tablets consistently. The tabs are quite large, but they go down easy nonetheless.

This was great because it allowed me to do my other workouts without having to go lighter. The pill is a bit large so sometimes it was a bit hard to swallow.

Made Me Feel Heavy

My entire body felt like it weighed more during the days I tried this supplement. Overall I'm unimpressed and unsure what the benefit actually is to using this. I would not recommend this to anyone.
