Convenient fiber!

For years I took the granulated psyllium hulls which work fine to create fiber for good elimination but were messy. The capsules are very convenient and easy to use and work just as well if you drink plenty water when you take them!

Psyllium Husk Caps are great!

It's sad that most people have no idea they're getting too little fiber in their diet. But for those of us who do realize it, the next logical question is: What do I do about it? The 'Now' brand, available at a great price through Swanson, was clearly the answer for me. Although standard dosage is three capsules in the morning, three at night, I only needed two with my evening meal while following the three with breakfast. I've found Psyllium Husk Caps to be remarkably effective day in and day out, yet without sugar or other unwanted ingredients. Thanks, Swanson -- you've done it again!
