I have MILD lactose intolerance and took these chewables to help. I HAVE NEVER been this sick to my stomach. There is a sweetener that commonly makes people feel this way and is included in this product. DO NOT buy. I like many other reviewers am SUFFERING. I’m 20 min in and I am praying on the cold bathroom floor despite being an atheist. I cannot believe there is no warning label and no class action has been filed against this product. According to the literature (Reddit) I have at least a few hours to go. Any and all prayers are appreciated at this time.

My morning routine is taking my lactaid with some milk. It helps when I get my coffee, no cramps. I am good for the rest of my day, and it lasts for about a month.

These are perfect for my stomach symptoms. I can eat what I want without having to worry about issues with my stomach. The fast acting formula is easy on the digestive symptom. There is no after taste or chalky taste. It's a super great value for what you get. The packaging is appealing and has all the information on it. I would definitely get it again!

I can enjoy drinks with whole milk again thanks to Lactaid! The taste is unpleasant if you bite it, but it's worth it since I don't get inflated or have a stomach ache.

I took two chewable tablets with my meal. One in the beginning and then one during the meal. I started getting nauseous on & off about an hour after the meal. Loose bowel movement & painful abdominal cramps followed afterwards. My experience with the chewable tablets vs the caplets have been that they do not work. The taste is also enough to cause the nausea themselves. I am suffering.

As someone who cannot eat dairy without being extremely sick…these have completely CHANGED MY LIFE! The directions are clear and easy, take with your first bite! Lactaid offers two sizes for the chewable, 36 or 62 chews which is a really great value. The taste is not horrible, and you are eating it with your food so you don’t really taste it! I cannot recommend these chewable more, they have completely changed my life & now I can eat tasty food with dairy all day!

I always have one on me. I keep them in every bag. Once you follow the directions then it actually works. There was minimal taste for me because I just swallowed it whole.

Smh again, the prices are we ( we meaning you people) for real. The amount for the pills can go to gas to get to the store to buy it in the first place. It’s too expensive for all qualities and the generic brands aren’t effective heck barely even is this. Better off winging it to be for real.
