    It's a win in my book

    It works for me. The proof is in my bloodwork. My dr advised me to take a b12 supplement bc mine was low. She suggest 1000mcg a day but I chose to take the 2500. And when I got checked about a month ago, my b12 was right where it should be. So I know it has been effective. I also love the quantity for the price. Only gota restock about every 3 months.

    I’ve been taking this for years now and it actually works. My blood work showed I was deficient but after taking this it improved to a normal range.     Sucralose... Why???

    I realized too late that this vitamin contains sucralose. Sucralose is an artificial sweetener that causes migraines for me. Wish they would just use real sugar!
