  • A: Should be Vegan Friendly. Although it is possible to derive magnesium stearate from animal fats, it is not standard practice today in the food industry and no examples of tallow-derived magnesium stearate in foods or pharmaceuticals are known.

It's a win in my book

It works for me. The proof is in my bloodwork. My dr advised me to take a b12 supplement bc mine was low. She suggest 1000mcg a day but I chose to take the 2500. And when I got checked about a month ago, my b12 was right where it should be. So I know it has been effective. I also love the quantity for the price. Only gota restock about every 3 months.

DO NOT TAKE THIS. Made me itch like crazy. Gave me a rash. I’m b12 deficient so I bought this. Look at the label. It contains “less than 2% CYANIDE”. Per my doctor get B12 “methylated”

Sucralose... Why???

I realized too late that this vitamin contains sucralose. Sucralose is an artificial sweetener that causes migraines for me. Wish they would just use real sugar!
