I would say this is a good product. I got it cause I felt a cold coming and I had prom so I took one everyday. I did get a cold but it was so minor compared to my others ones so I felt like it reduced the amount of time to get over it and recover. I did run out and I got sick and was sick for over two weeks. It might be a placebo affect or maybe just that time though. It's very pricey so I would only get it again if I have something important and I want to be healthy for that.
