Total waste of money
A waste of time and money. Followed the instructions to the letter, color never developed and irritated my scalp. It’s like I slathered a cream on my head and that’s about it. No difference between before and after applying. Do not waste your money on this product.

True color
I have been coloring my hair at home for over 10’years and lately the product I had been using left unwanted grays no matter how long I left it in. I tried this color from Garnier and I love it! No extra time needed to cover all my gray, the color is true to the box and my hair doesn’t feel damaged or dry. Very happy!

I would give it a zero if I could,might hair I had colored a light brown a few months back so I was happy with the color and decided to use this,absolutely horrible I turned my hair brownish red and brassy looking also,I’m so unhappy,plus i ended up with dark roots on top and I also need to cover up my gray hair on top as well,Im thinking about going to a medium ash blonde color,but im nervous to change it to another color as that happened,

Bronze brown/bronze sugar (413) is the best chocolate brown I’ve been able to find! Works well and leaves my hair soft. For the price it can’t be beat. It would be great if they came out with a foam version, but that’s just preference.

This product isn’t good as it was the older. 1.It is very difficult to comb through. 2. After dying my hair is super dry. 3. Gray coverage last for a week instead of 3-4 wells 4.Hair looks damage after using the product. 5. Soft and Shine Free 6. Low quality

24 Hour Only Gray Coverage
I used this shade for last couple of years...now, even with no washing my hair with shampoo or water for first 7 days after dye....MY GRAYS ARE SHOWING!!! WHY??!!! You claimed this would give 100% gray coverage...for like 24 hours only!😭😭😭

Color ended up lighter not darker
I used the chestnut brown on my light brown hair today. Instead of going darker like I expected, it went lighter. Was disappointed to have my hair look lighter not darker. Is there a way to fix it?

I’m a red head, but as I’ve gotten older it’s turned more strawberry blonde. I prefer the red. I 535 brown mahogany. It’s my choice color. I won’t use any other color. So easy to use and last 5-6 weeks.

The color just stay on my root and no on the rest.
I like this color but for some reason the color just stays on my robots but on the rest of the hair it stay my natural color which is a dark brown/black. I never dye my hair before, I put the product on my natural hair. Just 1year ago I did a some capilar treatment for control my frizz and that it, so I don't know if that it the problem that the color don't stay on the rest of my hair.

Much too golden and thick
First, the Dark Natural Blond turns out much too golden compared to the pictures of Drew. I’ve used it multiple times and follow the directions exactly. Thoughts on what to do differently? And the formula is so thick that I have to bang it down into the sink before squeezing it onto my hair. Every time! So at the end of coloring, my sink has color all over it. I like how gentle the formula is on my hair.

If we had a dark ash blonde, this sounds like it would be perfect for you. While this is a rich cream formula, it should not be so thick that you have to wrestle to get the mixture onto your hair. Disappointed with the new color version (enriched)
I used this Deep Burgundy color (Nutrisse Garnier no. 42) for many years, and I always got numerous compliments. Recently, the formula has changed to enriched color, and I was very disappointed. The scalp around my hairline remains orange for days, and it's really hard to remove it. Also, the hair color is not what I expected. Instead of the cherry color, it is more orange. Please, please, bring back the old color, the way it was was perfect.

I bought this to cover my grays and it did for the first wash but didn’t last three days before the grays came back. I was hoping I’d find a good ammonia free product but not this one I guess.
