Did not lighten to expected level
I have dark brown hair and the solution did not lighten it to the level depicted in the pictures on the box. Maybe about 50% to that level. I would suggest trying a different product if trying to achieve a color that light when you have dark/medium brown hair.

Horrible.
This is genuinely the worst purple hair dye I have ever used. My hair somehow turned lighter and patchier than how I started and it’s turned my hair pink and orange??? Would NOT recommend. And smells so strong when you put it on like ammonia and when you wash out is so strong like dye.

Its not that too much strong but if they reach in your scalp its a little bit itchy and hurts but its fade away but actually i try this bleach its i am not so happy the result but i try again after 4 weeks brown hair turn to yellow orange turn to orange

It’s not violet.
Did the try on this shade and loved what it said my hair would look like. It doesn’t look anything like that. My hair is red and I’m devastated. I’m going back to my other brand. I don’t trust Garnier after this and now seeing that the previous reviews also had people turn red instead of violet.

Didn't Color my Hair
I dyed my hair today with this product, B4 that I purchased in May 2025. I noticed it became very thick in the bottle after mixing it. I had to shake it several times to get it to come out. Maybe that was my warning that something was wrong. I put it on my hair and left it on 30 minutes. After rinsing it out, I noticed it barely colored my hair, and the gray was still showing. Kind of a dull color on my hair. I looked for an expiration date, but I didn't see one, only 70Z100.

You’d think with all the bad reviews they’d change the formula or get rid of the color.. I had high hopes that it would come out the color but it’s not even purple. It’s pink/red and not at ALL what I wanted. If I wanted red I would have gotten red..

Not Violet!
The color came out so red it was not even CLOSE to the color on the box. Marketing this as a purple tone is ridiculous, I’ve never been one to want a refund for a product but this is the first time where I would actually pursue a refund.
