Loved the idea but should have listened to other reviews. The deal falls off every time it is opened and is actually the wrong size. When the container is closed, the seal folds into the container by almost an inch. Definitely not an air tight seal.

Very happy with this container. Fits my needs perfectly.

Couple of things you need to know before you buy this canister: - The walls are a little thin and can have some scratch marks if roughly handled. - When you wash it, water can get in between the metal wire and the lid. But this is a problem with the exterior and wouldn't affect whatever you store in the canister. - The O-ring that provides the airtight seal pops out, but personally I prefer this so I can wash the interior edges of the lid thoroughly. All that being said, I couldn't ask for a better flour canister! The size is perfect for scooping flour into a 1 c measuring cup (no more floury mess on the counter). I like that it's transparent so I can easily see what's in it. And because it's made of light acrylic, it's easier to store and transport than glass canisters. 10 out of 10, would buy again!

I ordered the 4 pack and some other sizes of oggi containers. My kitchen cabinets are so well organized and perfect now! They seal perfectly and are ENORMOUS. love them.

I bought two of these containers, one for flour and one for sugar. I bake a lot, and the large opening is perfect to put a measuring cup in without spilling!

I now have purchased a total of 4 of these canisters, and I love that they are so light weight. Very practical!
